Interesting experience with this place. My sister and I inherited a very nice lot of antique and vintage jewelry. The jeweler REFUSED to authenticate the diamonds UNLESS an appraisal was paid for. UNLESS, we had a prior appraisal from them and/or it was bought from them. There is a "TOOL" that can be bought on Amazon to authenticate a REAL DIAMOND from a CZ for under $20! And it's been used for AT LEAST 25 years in the jewelry industry! I saw them used when I got married in 1994! Lol. So let's make it 30, give or take! This company didn't even give the estate the COURTESY of authenticating jewelry WITHOUT attaching a price tag! However, I will give them THEIR PRICE TAG. They LOST MY business as a consumer who would have liked to have some pieces converted to something else! Like screw on Diamond studs into piercings. Hey, if you don't want to tell me or our estate that the half carat Diamond earrings are worth a conversion into a piercing, than I WILL NOT give you my business! It cost me less than $20 to realize that you're GREEDY. I bought the Diamond finder on Amazon. I suggest anyone who reads this do the same!

Great price on fixing the missing diamond in my ring. Turnaround time was a day quicker than expected! Ladies working in the front are incredibly kind and helpful and made my experience all the better.

They have a good selection. but if you don't see something you like. ask them. they might be able to order it for you. the staff is very friendly and helpful. they want you to be happy with your purchase. They also do appraisals and repairs. they also change watch batteries. they have special events with discounts. if you need a gift for that special someone stop by.

Unique and beautiful jewelry items that you won't see anywhere else. Of course, they have all the old favorites too. Can they fix your old, broken jewelry? Yep! Do they resize watches and replace watch batteries? Yep! Come to Mt. Clemens and see for yourself.

I asked for a quote to reset a ring I had with a large tanzanite stone. Two days later, the jeweler called me to tell me he has removed my center stone and wants me to come in to look at options. I was so upset! All I asked for was a quote. I picked up my ring and stone but he never returned the gold mounting. Beware of this place.
