Mr. Saxon and staff has been gift to community. He has been so compassionate, knowledgeable and professional for the many family members we sent him. First rate service and first rate music worship talent that seems to follow this funeral home is amazing.
Great customer service and arrangements, all the staff Were very great. They also gave us a beautiful memorial gift priceless. I recommend their services, they took the extra time even though it was at first just a quote. Their prices are good too.
Darrell Saxon and staff provided exceptional service during my family’s bereavement. They were extremely patient, compassionate, and courteous. My family’s grief was heavy, and we truly appreciated the gentle, caring way that we were treated. They walked us through the funeral process, and they treated us respectfully and professionally from beginning to end.
The service i got today from Darrell was amazing! I had no clue was i was doing, he took his time with me explained everything to me. Planning a funeral is very overwhelming, especially when its your first time. I was very pleased from the minute I walked in the door and was greeted very professionally. I was even escorted out with door service! I highly recommend Darrell and his staff to assist you in your funeral needs.
They allowed me the time I needed to say bye to my 21 year old daughter and even allowed me to do her hair and nails one last time. The flower arrangements were very nice. Just make sure you understand the choices of music before the service other than that they did exceptionally well.
Why are you allowing TLC to include your business in their show Love During Lockup? I don't think your gonna get the kind of publicity you thought you would. You have an employee fighting outside your business and then goes inside to work with grieving families and deceased family members. Really looks so trashy for you
Mr. Saxon and staff went above and beyond in taking care of my Son Dennis Browning Jr. In which I would also like to thank Brianna for my precious blanket. Also Mr. Saxon and staff took care of my Sister Yvette Johnson, my dad George Hann Jr. My Brother Tommy Works and I could go on back for years, just recently helped me with paperwork for my son Dennis Browning Jr., it took 1 call and the matter was handled expeditiously..
