Thompson Animal Hospital

Thompson Animal Hospital has been so helpful to our Millie! My kitty is a HANDFUL and seriously freaks out and goes crazy at the vet. Dr Thompson has put up with her and treated her when other hospitals would not. We have been to a handful of vets trying to find someone who could care for her. She doesn’t scare or intimidate Dr. Thompson. We are very grateful and thankful that he takes the time to see her. He and his staff have also been very thorough and informative with test results and care. Thank you for taking care of my Millie girl!!

Wouldn't even go any other place! Dr. Thompson is so professional. His staff is so helpful and always so organized and polite. You'll always have a great experience with them with your animals. Give him a try ‼ And even on the saddest occasion concerning a sick or dying pet, he will do what's right and his staff are so helpful and kind with emotional support! They are Superb!

I can't say enough kind things about the Thompson Animal Hospital. They are professional, kind, knowledgeable, and have both my and my family's trust for our fur children. I am grateful for everything they do and the effort they put into their work and passion every day. Thank you always.

We brought in our mini dachshund for a general health concern. He had been licking his behind for a while and it was red and irritated. We expressed concerns about his bathroom habits as well but we primary were there for the irritation. The vet looked at his behind for 2 seconds took two swabs and explained it was his glands and due to him not being neutered, and how this MIGHT be the cause of the irritation. Nothing more was said. He then precedes to explain to us reason for his bathroom issues for 10 plus minutes. Which was fine. After that He notified us our dog was in need of 2 shots, That they claimed to have reminded us of. That did not happen we agreed to the shots. He then procreated to mussel a 13 pound dog that was showing no signs of aggression. He was obviously very scared and uncomfortable but they processed like everything was normal To say I’m unhappy with the visit is an understatement. Not only have they lost my business but my entire families as well. I felt belittled and embarrassed and no owner of any dog or animal would want to experience what we have today.

Every one is very friendly and caring Dr Thompson is very compassionate and I know my fur babies are in good hands with him and his staff

As a former employee of Thompson Animal Hospital I can tell you that their main concern is for the week being of your pet. As a current client I can say that they do their best to make sure you can afford the services your pet needs. I recently took my Mastiff Angus to them for his yearly exam, vaccinations, fecal tests and many more services. It was LESS then $200!!!! For a large breed dog that is an amazing price. Dr.Thompson spent lots of time checking my baby and even helped us with some tips on training. Great vet, great practice, great prices!!!

If you’re looking for a reasonable, reliable and great customer service this is your vet! I had some bad experiences with my past vet but they welcomed me right in and helped my dogs needs no questions asked. They actually care for your animals and not your money. Doctor and staff are also great. 10/10

Staff is nice, but the vet is different. We brought my husky and my chihuahua in for a checkup. A couple of shots were given to my chihuahua. It was easy for a small dog, but it was completely different for a husky. Now, I understand that a muzzle would prevent the vet from getting bitten, but I would've thought that a trained professional would be a little more.... professional... I had to put the muzzle on her myself. Then, when he had to take my husky and put her on the table, he had to grab her by her collar and hold her up, essentially choking her. It was a scary experience for both my dogs any my family. That is the first and last time they will be receiving my business. Don't go there if you want a comfortable experience for your pets and yourself.
