Bill Thompson has an unusual gift for nurturing and motivating students according to their unique needs, while making it challenging, inspiring and fun.
There are three classes that work together to produce amazing fitness. Many students take all two-hours, but others mix and match.
STRETCH: One hour for the foundation of flexibility and core development, combined with proper breathing and alignment.
STRENGTH: A half-hour with light weights to create tone and power.
STAMINA: Another half-hour of step aerobics that will make you feel like a dancer.
Classes are held six mornings-per-week, Mon - Saturday. See the website for the class schedule.
All equipment is provided, including mats. Wear loose or stretchy workout clothes and gym shoes (although some exercises are done barefoot). Bring a water bottle, if desired. We have nice dressing rooms with showers, and plenty of parking.
