My family and I really appreciate all that Thompson’s Funeral Home has done for us. I’ve used their services three times and have always had a very heartwarming and beautiful experience. The staff especially Peter helped to make their celebration of life services very beautiful and memorable. Nothing was too difficult for Peter to explain or clarify. He obviously has the patience of a saint which I really appreciated. I highly recommend their services for your loved ones final celebration of life.
The director we dealt with, was very empathetic to our situation. We appreciate everything he has done for us. He went above and beyond, what we expressed we would want. We can't thank him enough. The staff at Thompson's Funeral Home, is amazing. They are passionate about what they do, and help you to get through your difficult time. Thank you so much for everything.
My mother passed away in May and we chose Thompson Funeral Home for her Celebration of Life. Peter was kind, compassionate and understanding during this difficult time. He was thorough in helping us navigate the process from service options to next steps. We found him to be knowledgeable and honest and never felt like he was trying to upsell us. Peter went above and beyond what was expected and with a sense of humor which we really appreciated.
Peter was very patient, empathetic and kind while arranging everything for mom. He also had a sense of humor which helped ease some of the stress we were feeling. He answered all our questions and returned phone calls in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Thompson Funeral Home

Peter is the kindest and funniest funeral director. He made the process as easy as it could be, answered all our questions, provided the best options for our budget and helped us honour my dad as best as he could. I want to thank Amy and Calvin for meeting with me to go over my mother's pre paid plan. Calvin reached out to me immediately after reading my review. I was reassured that my mother's plan is indeed still active and her money is still available. I was so relieved to say the least. Thank you again for your time and professionalism. I have NEVER been yelled at by a funeral home before. So unprofessional!!!!! I was inquiring about my mom's pre paid plan. I wish I could pull my policy out from them, but can't do that either. This place has no compassion and do NOT know how to treat people in a professional manner. I will be reporting them.
