Thornton Creek Motorcoach Resort is a Class A motorcoach resort selling deeded lots, located in southwest Florida, 10 miles from Punta Gorda.

Description

Thornton Creek Motorcoach Resort lots are an average size of 65 ft. x 130 ft. Owners may design their own lot layout. Using their choice of selected pavers, owners will define their outdoor living space. Lot owners may also add a coach house of up to 300 square feet with the additional option of 10 ft. wide porches on up to four sides of the coach house giving as much as 900 sq. ft. of porch for screened access, outdoor screened kitchens, or golf cart storage. Thornton Creek owners have the option of additional outdoor stand alone kitchens and gas fireplaces. There are also 12 designated lots that allow a home of up to 750 square feet.

Lenore and I had the pleasure of meeting Barry and Laura Poole recently and could not have been more impressed with their property. The sites are way bigger than anything we had previously looked at and the attention to build out was amazing. Their experience in building similar parks shines through on this project. They both live on the property and pay close attention to every detail of it's development to ensure it's continued success. Importantly, all the people we met there were fun and of similar professional background. While price was not my main consideration in buying here it's obvious you get more for the money than the other parks we have looked at. What we found particularly amazing were the amount of people that have purchased from you that bought in your other parks. Thanks Barry and Laura for your gracious hospitality. We wish you continued success and plan on purchasing a lot from you.
What a great place to call home. Everything from the well thought out infrastructure, to the exceptionally built casitas, the landscape, and of course the people and friends that own in the resort. This place is top notch and will only get better through the years to come! Thank you Barry and Laura for such a beautiful resort!
Just got in this afternoon and its a beautiful park. Its out a ways from civilization but I kinda like that. Very country area. Love the park and grounds, beautiful big sites! The only thing missing is a much needed dog park!!
The residents here are awesome and Laura was very helpful and friendly. The only reason we haven't purchased there YET is because we already scheduled other resorts months prior to tour. The only negative is location compared to some others but not a deal breaker. Large lot and Casita sizes are a major bonus!
This place is paradise and the residents are awesome! Owners Barry and Laura are 2 of the most kindest folks you will ever meet. They have built a special place here. I can't wait to call this place home!!
Just finished a tour with owner Barry. Place is wonderful!! Clean, organized, and very friendly! Great community areas, large and cleaned weekly. Maybe not for us but we will certainly spread the word to other Rv’ers!!
This is a high end Rv park.
First time I've seen this form of rec property development. It was very well done.
They do not keep their land outside the wall mowed and trimmed per their agreement with the County and the agreement w ou the the adjacent property owners
