This place is really old and worn down. Quality of the machine aren't good. Also smell like mold and mildew.

Haven't been to a laundromat in 30 years.  Had to wash 60 linens from last nights event and this was a quick solution.  This is in a nice neighborhood in downtown district.  I felt safe although I am armed for an older lady like me.  There are restaurants in the area so it's not secluded.  There was no attendant but there are cameras.  They have 2 change machine and laundry detergent to buy

I love the location of this laundry mat. Great food and drinks nearby while you wait. However, machine 19 ruined my white towels. I reached out via both numbers provided but never heard back. I'm not willing to risk any more clothes or towels.

Clean. Well maintained. Reasonably priced. Good neighborhood to survey while the clothes tumble.

Overpriced for washing.  Can wash at the laundromat on edgewater for about  half of what this place wants.  I is cleaner and cooler than this place. Won't be coming back here again.

Thornton park laundry is right in the middle of the city and next to a beautiful new mural. There’s limited parking but I never had an issue finding a spot. The prices are a little expensive for a laundromat. The washing machine was very small and expensive for a load, but the dryer was huge and only 25 cents for 6 minutes and doesn’t take long to dry. Overall, a very small and cute laundromat which I wasn’t disappointed with.

if you're from out of town or on a business trip and need to do laundry I highly recommend this place. it's in a nice are with a few coffee shops around to pass the time. here on a Saturday and the owner cleaned this up and down

It’s a shame that people sit outside and chain smoke the whole time here. The machines were pretty clean, but a little pricey. I just can’t come back because my clothes smell worse than when I brought them in because the cigarette smell wafted in and ruined my clean laundry.

I went on Sunday around 6:30pm and it was not busy at all. Place was clean and the prices were not bad at all. There was one machine that didn't wash my clothes at all but that shouldn't be a reason for 1 less star. Parking can be a problem. I'll definitely back.

I really like this laundromat as it's cheap and near my apartment, plus it has a change machine which is so much easier than finding quaters. Downsides: there's no bathroom, it can get very hot in the summer inside, and there's no contact from the staff at all should one of the machines not work. My roommate is still waiting for the owner to contact him back for a refund four months after his change got eaten by one of the machines. As long as nothing goes wrong and you just want simple service, this is the place to go to downtown.
