Christian Painting Parties
Thou Art is an organization that gives Christian painting parties. We believe in spreading the Word of God through Art!
The Party Experience:
Each 2 hour party is focused on a verse from the bible and the subject of each painting is focused on that verse. Participants are guided through the painting process at their own pace. Simple painting techniques are taught, but the experience is about fellowship, art, and Jesus Christ!
The Artist:
Thou Art is taught by Annika Kolbo an Elementary Art Educator from Sioux City, IA. Annika graduated from Morningside College and attends Christ Resurrection Church on West 6th Street. Meet Annika in Thou Art's photos.
Cost and Supplies:
Each participant pays for a chosen canvas and receives a 2 hour guided painting. All necessary art materials are supplied by Thou Art. Refreshments are not provided by Thou Art.

Location:
Thou Art parties are given at 1920 Summit St. which is the home of the artist. Thou Art parties may be given in churches and other locations within the Siouxland area. Running water, tables, and chairs need be supplied by host.
Scheduling a Party:
Pre-scheduled parties are listed in our events. If you would like to host a party of your own please contact Annika. Parties are preferably given to groups of 5 or more.
