Threading Concepts + SPA

I’ve been coming here for a few years now only because it’s close to my house, and they always seem to do a decent job. Today I went in and the lady in the second chair didn’t bother to greet me, her attitude just seemed like she didn’t even want to be there. Moving forward at the end of my service I gave her my card that they always punch, and she proceeded to tell me that the hole punch wasn’t done by them. I walked out having to pay for a service that was suppose to be free. I don’t mind paying $8 but what’s the point of those cards if they aren’t gonna follow through with them?

I’ve been going here for a while since it’s close to my house. But they just lost a customer… they left my eyebrows worse than how I came in. Lady was extremely rude. And when she charged me, she expected me to give her a tip… as I was walking out she gave me a dirty look and said something under her breath. Not sure what she said since it was in another language but I’m sure it wasn’t nice. On top of that, she cut my skin as she was threading my unibrow. Just beware if you decide to go here.

I first tried Threading Concepts a few weeks ago to get my eyebrows done. Jalpa was the technician and she did an amazing job- the best ever done on my brows plucking, waxing or threading. Today, I tried the Hydra Facial Elite, again with Jalpa. AMAZING! I can't begin to adequately describe how pleased I am with this facial! Very different with this crazy wonderful machine. Just walking out the door, my skin looked so different in a great way. I highly recomment Threading Concepts and Jalpa.

I have been getting my eyebrows done by Sweetie for approximately 1 year and a half & she is AMAZING! It’s been over a year & sweetie always keeps my shape and keeps my eyebrows looking so good!!! She also offers great customer service. Sweetie is def a sweetheart. The staff there is also really great. The front desk is always in a great mood and offers excellent service. I highly recommend this place to anyone without a doubt!

Do not try using the bathroom here the employee didn’t let my 88 yr mom using it, but they were coming in and out from it Bathroom not working, bad customer service most of my friends come here I will Make sure they stop!!!

Ive been coming here for YEARS. Roma is definitely my favorite, however, each and every one of these ladies do a FANTASTIC job. I get my eyebrows threaded and tinted here, but my friends got their lashes, waxes, eyebrows and they all love it! 10/10 Recommend.!

I LOVED my eyebrow threading experience with Sweety. She did an incredible job on my brows. They have never looked better! But she was also incredibly warm and friendly, which really made the experience good. In fact everyone in the salon was kind. That made a really good impression on me. I will certainly be back!

I have been going the Threading Concepts for the past 3 year. Roma has always done my eyebrows. She nice and my eyebrows come out beautiful every time. She very pleasant and talks with you through the threading process.

Honestly great experience, my first time coming here. Just remember if you have an appointment, go up to the desk and give your name and who you want. I made that mistake and almost lost my appointment. Overall, Sweety was such a sweetheart she was very welcoming and kind. Highly recommend her. Definitely would come again
