Three Girls Bakery was founded in the Historic Pike Place Market in 1912 by three girls! Since then the Girls have passed on, but their spirit remains.
We serve deli style sandwiches and homemade soups, and have a large variety of fresh baked cookies, pastries and breads daily!
We are the oldest continually operating business at the Pike Place Market, and the first business in Seattle started by women (with the exception of some houses of ill repute)!
