We stayed at a cabin. Rooms were clean. Service not bad but not needed much. Fishing was ok. Kind of cold and windy this trip. Scenery was greatRooms: 5/5
Great place to have fun and fish. Cute cabins are the remnants of an old fishing camp and have been nicely updated though the old charm is still there. Owners are helpful and bend over backwards to make your stay a good one. New trolley to the lake is cool and the fishing is good! Not fancy but that is part of the charm! Hiking, mini golf and pool are all right there, although we didn’t do any of that.
The owner Don is very nice, I felt like I knew him for years. The dock has great fishing, very nice pool, and awesome wildlife. Dozens of deer everywhere. I loved it here! I would definitely come back again, but id be more prepared for ticks. There was a decent amount of them.
This is a great place to fish and enjoy the lake. You do get exactly what you pay for when it comes to the cabins, but they are clean with comfortable beds and cold AC. Tram down to the lake helps with the transportation of coolers and fishing gear. Would recommend multiple smaller coolers as oppose to one big cooler; the last part of the stairs make it difficult to manage a two person carry.
We spent the memorial day weekend with Three Oaks Resort and had a great time. Don was super nice and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The place has a great lake view and a perfect lay out if you have children. Cabins where VERY CLEAN and well taken care of. The dock is well taken care of and has the best fishing at night and a great swim area through the day. The neat part is the trolly that takes you down to the dock I will admit I was a little nervous at first but over came it. We will make this our go to place from now on and will be returning customers to this resort.
Was in town for the weekend for the David’s Trail Endurance race and rented a cabin here. The owners were very hospitable, cabin was nice and clean and the views were amazing. Will definitely stay here again!
Don and his family are fabulous hosts. Grounds are beautiful, situated over the lake. Beautiful in the summer and fall. Fantastic fishing off the doc
Stayed at this resort a lot for vacation with family and my daughter loved to go fishing on the dock everyday as she woke up she was on the dock were was times were we couldn’t find her but as soon as we look at by the water there she was fishing.Rooms: 5/5
