Three Rivers Arts Council has been working to further the arts in the Breckenridge, MN & Wahpeton, ND communities since 1995.
Three Rivers Arts Council has been bringing arts to the community primarily in the form of touring shows, exhibits, and classes. We have participated in Arts Advocacy on the State and Federal level, and we continue to promote the development of artistic venues, individuals, and groups, throughout our area and beyond.
