Located on the western edge of the Twin Cities, Carver Park Reserve is home to the Lowry Nature Center, Grimm Farm Historic Site and King Waterbird Sanctuary.
Lake Auburn Campground, located within Carver Park, offers 57 rustic, individual campsites located near an unguarded swimming beach, play equipment and launch access to Lake Auburn. To reserve a site, call 763-559-6700 or visit www.threeriversparks.org.
Carver Park amenities include 9.1 miles of paved trails, 9.3 miles of horse trails, 11.3 miles of xc ski trails, access to multiple lakes, a year-round off-leash dog exercise area, reservable group picnic and campsites and more. A stationary and walk-through archery range is open April 1 - November 15. Available amenities vary by season. User fees apply for some activities.
