My knees and hips would always hurt right after running. A friend of my told me about this company and the way they watch your gait while running, and suggest a running shoe for you. They analyzed my gate and told me I was pronating while I was running and needed stability shoes. So, I bought a pair. I ran 3.5 miles in the gym this morning. No pain after running. I went back to the gym tonight and ran another 2 miles. No pain in my knees or hips. Thanks guys! I can’t recommend this place enough. I really appreciate you. The guy who helped me out was super friendly and knowledgeable. Can’t remember his name sorry but he had on a pair of On Cloud shoes. You rock!
I have been a consistent buyer from three rivers running company. Started going there 6 years ago and bought my running shoes from them each year. Recently bought a pair of goodr sunglasses and when I got home the sunglasses weren’t in the box. I did try a few on so assuming it’s my fault I did not put them back in the box. Went back and told the associate about the issue and she simply did not want to help or ask the other employees if an extra pair of sunglasses have been found without a box. However, she was not the nicest, very disappointed and will not go back to shop there with the way this situation was handled.
The staff was very helpful in finding the perfect fit for my son. The only issue I have with the place is there are no prices on the shoes. I didn't know until I asked how much the shoes cost.
I’m really pleased with my experience. Got scanned and fitted for a pair of insoles. While, I’m not a runner I do hike a lot so I needed a little extra support. I was in and out quickly but most importantly, the employees were great!
Dylan De Vaney is the goat took time out of his day not scheduled to work met me at the store to fit me for a running shoe. Little raise or bonus would be well deserved
My first experience here was amazing. But I came in today and it was awful. The female who was helping me was rude. She made it seem like I was a bother to her. I’m glad I found the right shoe but it was not a good experience.
What an amazing place!! The staff were incredibly helpful and true experts in shoe fitting and function. Fair prices too.
I have purchased numerous pairs of shoes at 3 Rivers Running Company and have never been disappointed. Today, however was THE BEST customer service experience I have ever had here. I was greeted by Kayla who listened intently to the kind of shoe for which I was looking. She knew her shoes very well and brought a great variety. Very knowledgeable and professional and guided me to the best fit I have ever gotten ever for here! Exemplary service. I even bought two pairs! Kudos, Kayla, you made a great company look even better!

I really wanted to dive into running and I honestly had no clue where to start. I went to three Rivers running company and worked with Madison. She did a phenomenal job setting me up successfully. I was very apprehensive after paying $181 for a pair of shoes but I have went running four times since then and I have noticed a big difference in my stride and a lot more comfortable when I run. I feel like it’s not as hard on my joints or body with the. Madison gave me several options on what she felt was best based off her knowledge and skills of running competitively, and she got me into some cloud monsters I believe they are called. And by far the best running shoes I’ve ever had and I have done a lot of running when I was in the army for 12 years. So thank you Madison for helping me and putting me in great shoes and thank you three Rivers running Company for being able to shop local and support locally owned businesses!
