Northern New York Maple Syrup Products.
Being in the timber business has provided us access to fabulous sugar maple trees throughout the St. Lawrence River Valley area of Northern New York, which encompasses the majestic St. Lawrence River, Grasse River and the Raquette River – all three rivers located in our home town - Massena, New York (hence the name)!
We started our sugaring operation in 2013 alongside our home near the St. Lawrence River with nearly 200 beautiful blue buckets, a very small outdoor operation. We’ve worked towards enlarging our operation by including additional taps on a pipeline vacuum system, an evaporator and other production tools to help the process along.
We work hard, from start to finish, to ensure our products are of the highest quality and we hope that is evident once they are sampled!
We bottle traditional jugs, fancy etched glass and unique tins for gift giving ideas, and we also make delicious cream and maple sugar treats for one’s sweet tooth!
