Great experience. Have been to many other impersonal rental companies and locations. This was hands down one of the best experiences. First off everyone approached me with a positive attitude and were very helpful. The car was clean and I saw other returned cars going through car wash after return. The car had zero smell of cigarette smoke as well. Very impressed with the approach - everyone is doing a great job. Thank you for focusing on the customer - the way it should be!!
Avoid this location at all costs! Left stranded over 2 hours at the airport - and still no car! If I could give zero stars I would. I flew into St. Louis Airport on a delayed flight 30 min late and waited over an hour for a shuttle. When I called in, I was told they were closed close at 9 pm and that the after-hours manager would call me right back to tell me how to get to my car. An hour after still receiving no call, I gave up and caught a cab to my hotel. I called to cancel the reservation and got no guarantee that I would be refunded!!!
I reserved a reservation and all was well until I got to the front desk I have not seen such ignorance on a military travel in a while, so apparently thrifty no longer excepts their insurance so when I went to call my own the front desk said they can't take a copy so I go to have USAA fax a copy but for some reason the customer service lady continued to say well She wants to speak to someone in a local office in Missouri at 7:15am and that she has worked for Thrifty for 10 years and never seen me. At this point I am confused so I ask for a manager because nothing this Lady is sayimg makes since she proceeds to give me a number to call I call and she answers and SHE ANSWERS and says ooh my kristy manager won't be in. So I'm stuck coming from Whiteman AFB with a reservation and this lady is just very ignorant about her job I wish I had of read the reviews but in the future people she says her name is Brenda and apparently her and Kristy own the location at 4177 Cypress and they will only speak with your original insurance agent can't have originals either.
Staff is very friendly. They got us in and out quickly. Shuttle was about to leave when we pulled in but they waited a few minutes for us. Very nice.
Great people work here! Really enjoyed the hospitality of the gentleman that greeted me when dropping off the car!
Sabrina was wonderful and very helpful while we were setting up our rental. She's got great customer service. The car we got was very nice and clean.
They are the WORST!! They let me reserve a vehicle just to tell me I'm on the do not rent list...as I was about to pick up my reservation. All because they said I was speeding in my last rental bogus because I had my child with me. They barely have people to work there, and the ones they do have rather listen to music on their phones than do their jobs. This was by far the most inconvenient and inconsiderate experience I've ever had with them, I DO NOT recommend.
Do not rent from here. The cars are in awful shape and they try to charge you a smokers fee and avoid you. Please rent with Alamo I’ve never had an issue with them. The customer service here absolutely sucks and they are racist. The woman called my insurance to make sure it was real but called none of the white peoples insurance. I’ll never rent from here again
One of the best car rental place hands down. No one pushed me to buy insurance from them like other rental place do. The staff is the most nice people and very friendly. Car pick up and drop off went smooth. I will always try to get rental from this place. The only issue was the car we received had water stains seats. Could be because of the rain or just old cars but that didn’t bother me much.
They tried to give me an old Corolla with somebody else's luggage in the trunk TWO BIG DUFFEL BAGS! and fast food garbage in the front console. That should tell you all you need to know. In fairness, some of the staff were very nice, but some had attitudes. I guess you get what you pay for.
