I ordered my flowers for my wedding from them and they turned out beautifully! They had great communication with me and were patient with all of my questions. I was able to pick up from my local location to avoid extra driving the day of the wedding. I would definitely get flowers from them again!
David and his staff are wonderful to work with. They did a wonderful job on my daughters flowers for her wedding. I would recommend to anyone looking for beautiful, reasonably priced florals for your special occasion.
I used Thrifty for my wedding last weekend and we loved how our flowers and decorations turned out! I worked with Brittany throughout the process and she was very professional, understood my vision, and stayed within budget. Highly recommend!
Ordered a sympathy plant which was to be delivered in April 13th. The funeral was on April 14th. It didn’t get delivered until April 25th. Thank goodness I had it go to her home instead of the funeral home. I called today to inquire why it took so long. The staff member indicated that she called me on April 12th to say they didn’t have the succulent or the pot for the plant. She claimed she left a message but I never received a message from them. I asked why would they only make one phone call to discuss options. I explained to her again that this was for a funeral and I definitely would have contacted them back to discuss other options. She was very defensive in stating again that she called on 4/12 and that the plant went to her home. I understood what she said however To not make additional calls after the item was paid for is unacceptable. Thankful again that I had it sent to her home instead of the funeral home.
Ordered online on 1/27/23 providing specific details for delivery on 1/30/23. Thrifty claims the delivery was completed; however, the arrangement has not been located even to this day. Several calls were made to the florist speaking with Mary and Janine who offered no solution. After the third call to the florist Mary finally took my number down stating she would phone back with an update. Today is 2/3/23 no return call has been received.
David was responsible for my wedding reception. There are just so many amazing things to say about him and his work. He fully listens to what you like and what you do not. At my reception I wanted each table to have a different color of flowers. The wedding favors matched the bouquet. Meaning if you were at the purple table, your wine label and seating frame had purple flowers on it as well. This meant each bouquet most likely had different flowers. David found a way to bring in consistent flowers so they all matched, but a variety so the color also stood out. He made sure to cover all of the tables that would need arrangements and center pieces. He was also responsible for setting up my favors, accessories, and more. I fully trusted him and he did better than what I could ave possibly imagined. He is super creative and brings flowers to life more than they already are. On top of the beautiful work, he was just so fun and jolly. My husband and I wanted to adopt him to the family.
Horrible communication and be very careful when placing order online! Attempted to place a same day delivery for my cousin that passed away. The website was so janky, by the time I got to checkout...it was too late for same-day delivery. No big deal, not the end of the world. It defaulted to the next day, so I thought. The next day comes and goes with no delivery confirmation. So I call and that's when I learn the website somehow must have defaulted to 2 days later rather than the next day. I'm reassured the flowers will deliver that day 2 days after ordering and was promised an email confirmation. That day comes and goes with no communication, and than its new years so i can't reach anyone as they are closed. Have to wait until the holiday is over and they are open again now 4 days later than order was placed. I call them since I never heard another word as promised, and thankfully I was reassured the flowers had been delivered. But they failed to send a confirmation so I wondered for days. I'm very skeptical if the bouquet is what I expected, and all I can do is hope for the best since I'm not going to ask the recipient to send me a photo. Definitely going to choose a different florist next time. Not the greatest experience.
I ordered my wife flowers for her birthday at 10:30a and they were delivered by 12:30p. My wife was flabbergasted on how beautiful the flowers were and how great the arrangement. I will continue to order from here for future occasions. The delivery was also exceptional because they made sure she received them and didn't leave them out in the rainy windy weather.
They came through with an arrangement at the last minute and for a great price. I usually buy flowers elsewhere but Thrifty is on top of my list now
My mother sent me a photo of the flowers she received and they look absolutely nothing like what I ordered. I understand substitutions need to be made especially during peak holidays, but it looks like they substituted most of the flowers for leaves. incredibly disappointed.
