The store is a awesome place to find flowers, candy, gifts, wedding accessories, and bereavement items. The relaxed atmosphere is inviting and calm. The staff are professional and knowledgeable. You'll find a variety of flowers for holidays, birthdays, sympathy or just because.

Bought two corsages for my daughter's who were going to a prom. Three of four flowers ended up falling off within a couple hours of my daughters wearing them. Called the next day and they took care of me and apologized. They have good customer service.

If I could leave a no star I would. I was told that I could pay cash for my per-order when I go to pick it up. I was put on hold twice to confirm it was okay and it was approved by the manager. I received a call today telling me something different. Shelby said I had to pay now or that my order would be canceled because she needed the payment. Not good customer services especially when I have worked retail before. Shelby should have honored what I was told regardless if that's not typical policy. Will never buy flowers from her again.

After Mothers Day weekend, I had no idea what selection of flowers this store had ready-to-go. Saw this beautifully prepped bouquet in pink glass cube to gift my Mom on her Birthday; same-day in-store purchase. Nikka was such a professional and extremely helpful in packaging the arrangement with Russell Stover chocolates. This store has always carried Great Flower products, gift cards, candy baskets, gift trinkets for any occasion.

Very low quality flowers and terrible wrapping job. Not recommended.

I pass by this store all the time and say I am going to stop in one day. Well the one day was Dec 8, 2021. The day of our corporate holiday party. Last minute I was asked to put all the table centerpieces together. I was in a total pinch. I needed 8-10 vases, decor to go inside the vases and of course the flowers. On top of that I was given a budget. I called several different florists with no luck. I called Thrifty at Telegraph and Voorheis, with panic in my voice asked for all that I needed. Not only did they have EVERYTHING I needed, they jumped into action as I was on my way to them. There selection of flowers was amazing and bountiful. They packaged everything up and stayed within my budget!! This was a win win and I will be back. Hopefully, I can give them a bigger heads up. Overall excellent experience!! Thank you! I am so Grateful!

Ordered a basket with roses for a friends birthday. I understand the flower industry is going through shortages right now but I think there’s a better alternative than carnations and dead lilys in place of roses for $75+

Clean, nicely presented and wide selection. Walked in and bought a beautiful arrangement. I was greeted by a joyous young lady that remembered my face from previous visits. The fact that an employee at their cooperate store is my wife and mother of my child has not rendered me biased in any way. But this company is better than any other florist in the Detroit area.

Crystal is very rude insensitive with poor customer service. They mixed in bad rose's with good one's. They sent one arrangement and the The Holy Bible and the B was broken. I wasn't pleased with my almost $900. I should've followed my first mind and went to Yesterday's Florist. Thrifty had the Holy Bible spray, so that's how I went there. Now my mother grave doesn't have flowers until Monday. I was fully refunded though.

This location is outstanding I always see Antoine he's very polite, professional and friendly. He represents Thrifty very well. Job well done
