Ms Tee has been my son’s therapist for several years now. On more than one occasion she has went above and beyond her job description. I can tell how much she loves what she does and the amount of effort she has put into ensuring my son is getting the best care possible is just amazing. She deserves all the recognition!! Very professional and organized practice and the therapist both at intake and my ongoing, have been excellent. Pleasantly surprised all around!

The communication from the front desk to the doctor is just TERRIBLE. Hunging up and long holds.

I am giving them 2 stars because of things being good with their therapist Nicki when my kids first started with her. She asked us if we would be interested in meds for our kids, we said yes and that was the last we heard anything else about it and that was 3 months ago. Appointments were made for evals we were told for our kids which we just figured were another therapy test so we saw it as no big deal for our kids to miss as they had end of the semester quarterly tests to take for school during that time. So when I called to cancel the appointment and asked exactly what the evaluation was for, it was finally told to me since it wasn't explained to me when the appt was made via text messages that it was psych evaluations for meds which would have been good to know at the time the appointment was made. As I am asking questions to the person on the phone, she failed to tell me that if I cancelled the appointments, the kids would be discharged. Had I known that I would have worked something out so lack of communication also on the part of Thrive Admin. Thrive has decided because we were uninformed by their therapist Nicki and our kids had important test for school that they have discharged our kids.Beware before you have your child start with them!

Been under thrive care for about 7 years at this point and this is the best place to have therapy/psychiatric appointments/etc. the doctors and therapists actually care about their patients and are very attentive to what they need. Cant recommend this place enough, has helped me so much through the years.

I have becomed a new asset to Society. Thanks Jen, couldn't have done it without you. I'm working for DHS, for over a year and a half. You gave me the convidence, and I can help people too.

The communication between the therapist the practitioner and the patients is horrible. My child was denied care because of a mistake in communications. I will never trust them with her care again.
