My vision and goal as a practitioner is to help clients rediscover and foster their innate ability to THRIVE and HEAL. Chinese Medicine is one of the oldest systems of medicine in the world and has been practiced for over 2,000 years. On the most basic level, Chinese medicine uses a number of methods, most commonly acupuncture and herbs, to support health and wellness. Offering a broader, more holistic perspective on health, Chinese medicine goes beyond managing symptoms to foster a dynamic state of wellbeing that encompasses body, mind and spirit. Whether it means finding relief for pain, coping with an acute physical concern or chronic issues, having a baby, relieving stress, fatigue, anxiety or depression, I am committed to supporting and guiding my clients to find ease with their symptoms and achieve a greater capacity to live as fully as possible.
