Thrive Power Yoga is designed around the concept that to cultivate and maintain a healthy lifestyle, you need balance in your wellness routine. Thrive consists of synergistic classes, which are designed to broaden and increase the depth your fitness, no matter what level. We promote a mindful practice that explores this balance of strength and softness through a variety of class offerings. Beyond yoga, we offer childcare during select class times, as well as regular meditations and workshops to help you connect to yourself on a deeper level. In 2017, we will also be adding nutritional guidance and seminars on natural living.

My daughter and I joined with the $49 trial month, and we have loved every class!  The facility is gorgeous and so clean.  The staff is so friendly, and the instructors are truly inspirational!  I've tried many studios in the past, and I was always intimidated and did not feel welcome as a beginner.  This has renewed my passion to make the physical practice of yoga a regular aspect of my life!

This is a great studio with very knowledgeable instructors. As a teacher with over 25 yrs of experience doing yoga, it's hard for me to find a class that I find challenging. I always get a great workout and learn from the new flows. The studio space is clean and spacious and the locker room is perfect and feels almost luxe. Love it!

Have really enjoyed getting to know the staff and different teachers at Thrive. I went from someone who dabbled in yoga 1-2 times a month, to dedicated to getting to the studio at least twice per week. I love the classes- they each have their own vibe from music to flow. As a beginner I feel challenged, but also supported as I grow and learn with each new class. The studio is clean, has great amenities, and I love spending time here each week.

Great yoga studio!!! …I have been practicing at Thrive for almost half a year yet, tried a lot of different teachers and have to say it is a great and very professional studio for heated power yoga. It’s been actually the first time for me to try hot yoga - and it has been a challenge, especially because I found most of the classes very advanced, but the teachers give a lot of options. I am a huge fan! Thrive has a great schedule, very knowledgeable and experienced teachers and the studio itself has a great vibe and is very clean. Highly recommend Thrive power yoga in Palm Beach Gardens!

Thrive Power Yoga is such a find!  Fantastic, experienced teachers in a beautiful heated space.  I have been so impressed with the quality of teaching, the creative flows and each teacher's attention to alignment and spot-on cuing.  I myself am a yoga teacher for over 11 years, and this studio is a special place. I am so thrilled I found it!

I have never been a fan of hot yoga.  I would have to sit and try not to faint in hot yoga practices in my past.  I was hesitant but was told how great it is through a new yoga teacher who just graduated from Thrive.  Plus the new member price is what ultimately decided this decision.$50 for 1 month There is something about this place, the energy, the people, the instructors are something I don't think I have ever experienced collectively to be this incredible.  Thrive offers more than just a sweaty yoga practice, my mindset is healthier, my body is healthier, and I can feel my energy growing more and more everyday.

Thrive has been my first experience trying out yoga and I can say that I absolutely love it. The atmosphere and instructors are a dream to work with and make the sessions both spiritually and physically satisfying! I highly recommend Thrive to anyone looking to start out and improve their skills and practices.

Courtney’s warm Yin class is perfect to wind down from a hard week. The class is always welcoming as Courtney allows  you to choose your own level of intensity. She is gracious and kind as she gently guides us through the practice. My husband and I look forward to our Sunday late afternoon calming yoga practice as often as we can make it.

Started practicing here two months ago and I love this studio. The hot vinyasas in the morning are a great way to get energy flowing, and evening yin has been great after stressful work days when I need to let go and wind down. There are so many things I love about Thrive Power Yoga! I love the different classes that are offered, the patient and skilled instructors, the wide population that attends and the cool lavender scented cloth offered at the end of a hard working class. Thank you Thrive!
