I wish I had taken pictures of my SUV when they were done. I was too excited to get inside. I got car detailing service and let me tell you that I was so surprised happily. They cleaned every single corner of my car and I mean everything. My car was shining when I picked it up. Also I like that they had a shuttlr.to go drop and pick me up. that saved me money. I will definitely be visiting them again.
Alright , so today i went for the car wash and told them to vacuum from inside and trunk as well which they didn’t. Also they left plenty of dirt spots as well on my car. Not worthy to pay $40
Won't be back! 40 dollars, cup holders still dirty, dirty on the seats. Didn't do a good job on the floormats. Exterior is OK except the rims still have brake dust on them. For 40 dollars I'd expect more. They've gone downhill.Service: Auto interior vacuuming
1 I really hope the scenting uses synthetic fragrance because I specifically asked for new car and they used pina colada I’m allergic to coconut 2 they didn’t get all the dirt and ice off the car so I asked if they could try and the workers started kicking and hitting my car 3 they didn’t get all the dirt off so when they started hand drying they dragged dirt across my passenger door and scratched it I have receipts showing the door had just been repainted so yes the damage is new 4 I paid over $46 after tax for the supreme wash and they didn’t even vacuum the back seat or trunk space. 5 interior windshield was streaked and they didn’t bother with the rear windows because there are still puppy nose prints on the glass. 6 I made sure to get the names and phone numbers of two other patrons who witnessed how my vehicle was treated because I was told the manager was going to “review the video” and the damage to my door “couldn’t have happened there”. Lesson learned. I should have read the reviews before I went to this place. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I had originally booked an appointment for rust protection as well and when I asked to cancel it the cashier stated “I don’t know why you want to cancel it’s a different bunch of guys that do the Krown.” Umm - cause my door is scratched and I could potentially have had an anaphylactic reaction - that’s why.Services: Auto interior vacuuming
Got a free coupon for an exterior wash but upgraded to the basic interior cleaning for 13$. They did not do most things advertised for the package I paid for. They didn't vacuum anything, my cupholders were not touched, there was dust everywhere that they supposedly "cleaned" and there was a solid white streak of something on my window that I can't get off with Windex. Seriously unimpressed and even amazed they could rip me off that bad. The only positive thing was a guy with dreadlocks who worked in the wash was very nice. I would have been better off not using the coupon for the free wash
Won't be back. After 42 $ plus taxes my 5 year old could have done a better job. PLUS, THEY TOOK ALL THE CHANGE FROM INSIDE THE VEHICLE!!!Services: Wheel washing
I don’t know why I bothered. $36 for an “ultimate” car wash and they barely cleaned the inside. I might as well have taken it to a wand wash for $10. They basically just sprayed the mats and pretended to wipe a few spots. Brutal. Will not go again.
This was my first and last time going to Central Car Wash on Central in Thunder Bay. Because this was my first time at Central, I wasn't sure which package or add on's to get for the specific clean I wanted I have a bad habit of opening the door with my foot, leaving the bottom of the inside of the driver door dirty from my shoes. The employee at the front where you pay for the service and gas was rude and told me she didnt know what package I should get. She showed me the green sheet that has all the details, but when I went to take it from her because I thought she was offering it to me to read she yanked it away and said that someone else at the car wash will give me the green sheet!? So I drove through and explained what I wanted cleaned to another employee and then asked which package or add on should I do to get the areas of my car cleaned. She point to the Supreme package, and I DOUBLE CHECKED with her that the INSIDE of the doors would be cleaned. They weren't. I was told by an ex-employee of Central that what I paid for and what I got was completely wrong and underwhelming. I drove off thinking they did a good job, but went into my back seat to find the area completely covered in dust see picture with dust. I then decided to look around and sure enough, they didnt vacuum everywhere the second picture with the garbage is the view from the driver seat. They vacuumed my floor carpets and vacuumed SOME of the stuff under my seats... but there was still a lot of dust and garbage that the ex-employee told me they had different vacuum endings to reach with. It's like they didn't want to bother changing out the vacuum end's to complete the clean. I paid for the supreme package. I feel like I paid 40$ for a regular 14$ car wash. Waste of money. I ended up cleaning the rest of the car myself which was painful because I have 2 shoulder injuries. I ended up cleaning my doors myself, all my seats none of which were wiped down AT ALL. I was told to go to Central by a couple of people who got the Supreme package and who raved of a job well done. There weren't that many cars around and they had plenty of time to do a more detailed cleaned for the price I paid for. I went to Central Car wash on Friday May 10th 2019 EDIT: I am trying to attached 2 photos. I apologized if you don't see them. I've attempted to attach them multiple times
Paid for the ultimate car wash get my truck back they only cleaned half the inside still had dog prints on my leather seats and counsel
They sure don’t pay as much attention to details like they used too. The top of the dash was never touched, very dusty. Lots of strict and missed spots on all the windows. Spots on the front passenger seat. It seems like for $40, you should be getting much better service. The price has gone up but the attention to detail has gone down sadly.
