OK, I was looking for an electric bike. Saw the Jackal, and other bikes on the web site. Emailed them. Jackal is not in production, waiting for another motor. I asked when, they said May 30. Emailed again. Response was the same. I asked about other possible custom made bikes. Just got weird responses from we don't have what you want to selling me a motorcycle which I never wanted or said I wanted. Then I told them - "I thought you made custom electric bikes". Response - Just tell us what you want and we'll build it. I told them my specs. Response - Get this! "If you find a recumbent trike we can add electric assist". I think they inhale. I never once said trike. In fact I said off-road bike, recumbent prefered though no too recumbent. Now, I know nothing about what they do produce. But they seem not to make most of the items on their web page. I would seriously consider ordering anything from this company unless you visit them.
