Great garage on airport property with moving walkways and elevators to terminals. Camera surveillance for car safety. It only took me 10 minutes to get from my car to the airport terminals. Just make sure you write down the color of the garage section & the level you park on and the number of the row posted overhead on the pillars, so look up, otherwise it will be tough to find your car when you return. Get the QR code required for entry by booking and paying online and save the confirmation email with the QR reader code in your phone so you can scan it for entry. You will need to scan the same code to exit as well, so don't delete it after entry. For those with SunPass, there are dedicated entry lanes for SunPass, but no live attendants here.

Fairly close and convenient to the airport for medium length trips. They have a continuously running tram between the terminal, the parking structure and the rental car facility. The tram is a little difficult to use since you have to go down to the ground level from the parking garage and then use a moving walkway to get to the elevators which take you up to where you can get on the tram . The tram is much more convenient than the shuttle bus service they used to have.

I have used the economy parking on two occasions over the last few weeks. I used to use an offsite lot and was tired of their poor customer service. I started than using this economy parking garage. It is very simple and easy to use. And so convenient. You literally get off the plane, ride the tram to the parking ramp. Take the elevator to where your car is located, And down the road you go. It’s awesome

I love this better than economy parking in Orlando. It is covered from the sun. Plus, in comparison, I take a train instead of dealing with horrible bus drivers that never help you when getting off and on. You never have to lift luggage as long as they have wheels. It's so simple and easy. My car is protected, and my back is saved. If you buy in advance, it's cheaper.

Warning: Check your reservation date and times carefully when booking online. We made an error in AM/PM arrival time. Upon attempting to enter the garage, our QR code did not work. A nice gentleman came over speaker and told us to enter and NOT pay when leaving when we returned, but to simply provide our reservation # to the clerk at the exit. When trying to do this, instead of charging us the 8-12 hour difference in fee, they charged us for the entire trip parking time and we had to apply for a refund by email. After 2 weeks of not getting a response to our email, I then had to make 2 additional phone calls inquiring about the status of our refund. A very rushed clerk processed a partial refund for us and did not take the time to read our communications which explained the overcharge. Disappointed in the service level here.

Saved a lot of money by going to this lot instead of long term parking area. Easy access to terminal allow time needed for moving walkway to elevator, train to terminal, checking your bags. Well lit, few obstacles, safe feeling!

Don't use online booking at all. If your flight is delayed and you stay for a shorter period of time your paying a lot more than the online discount. It's a terrible process to pre book your parking at remote economy. Customer service is terrible too if your flight is delayed.

Easy tram ride to the terminal & less expensive than the parking garage at the terminal. Although, it is some additional waking - aided by moving sidewalks at some points. The garage was clean & felt safe.

Reasonably priced compared to parking closer to the airport. It would be helpful if the section colors were better labeled but it's easy to find the car if you remember the well placed aisle and section signs.

The TPA economy parking garage was safe and convenient. The tram to the main airport terminal was worry free and punctual. Since we were on vacation for a little under 3 weeks we saved a bundle of parking and didn't have to arrange for any transportation service once we returned home. Well worth it!
