Tia Shorty's Authentic Mexican Food

Honestly my most recent experience was horrible the lady that took my over the phone was very rude. Like I misread the website so when she told me my total I was a little thrown off so I asked her to explain to me how it was so much when the website said something else. When explaining she was very rude. I also was a little annoyed that I had to repeat my order 3 times I told her I did the want beans just rice and she still tried to charge me for beans. So when I picked up my order I sat there forever because she did the write my name down even tho she asked for it twice. And she didn't even give me my soda SHE CHARGED ME FOR. I also expected it to be super busy and it wasn't. Plus there was more then enough staff on the floor that there was no reason for her to be that rude. The other 2 times I've been in there I had an amazing experience. It's disappointing. I will never order out again, well at least over the phone.

Great food and friendly staff. Thought the prices where a little on the high side, but after the first bite those price points made perfect sense. Jason was a great server. Hope to make it back soon.

I liked the food, the atmosphere, the cleanliness but the service wasn't all that great, it was a little slow but the waiter never left us without a drink. I recommend people to come here if they want to try a new Mexican food place.

Truly authentic. Best tamales since I left East LA 50 years ago. Great albondigas/meatball soup. Only 4 stars as they had sold out of the pozole' on 2 visits. Must be good stuff.

Great food at a fair price.

The best restaurant ever, great family atmosphere, love the decor, tasty food and never leaves you without a drink, friendly waiters and food served on time. Would recommend to anyone.

No. Oh no. Turn away. Please turn away. We did not receive our food for more than an hour and the food quality was poor. Worse than poor. Rolbertos has better Mexican food. Ick.

Worst dining experience ! The food and service were awful. The decor is nice,but that's about the only good thing about the place.
