Ticket Star

This was the worst ticket buying experience I have ever had. No tickets would load for the event on the website, so I called to try to purchase the tickets. After being on hold for TWO HOURS, I finally got a hold of someone who said they were completely sold out 3 hours after the tickets went on sale. The customer service person was not helpful and quite rude.

Website acted up the whole time and would not let me pay for tickets I had in cart and then booted me out and couldn't get back in. By the time I got back in everything was sold out

So if you purchase tickets with a friend from ticket star they are going to take tickets from you and give them to someone else without your knowledge. Not even a phone call when they are messing with your account and taking your tickets away from you. I was actually looking forward to taking my husband out for his birthday to see Jeff Dunham but nope now I can't.

Orderd tickets on line meant to press Sunday instead presses Friday called right away Monday moring cause the box office was closed sat and sun and more less he said sorry can't help you no refund he didn't even give me options that I could use he said should of called us when it happend umm your box office was closed the weekend and he was rude about it.

Over 18 months ago, I purchased 10 tickets to the Alan Jackson concert as an anniversary gift for my parents. I called the Ticketstar box office in the Resch Center so that we could get our seats together but little did I know that my call was routed to a third party venue called Box Office Ticket sales of Omeha, NE. When the concert was rescheduled due to Covid a year later, we were told that there were only refunds if the concert was cancelled. It didn’t matter that half of us couldn’t attend the new scheduled date. Fast forward to today, Alan Jackson cancelled his concert so I expected a full refund. Nope, now they are saying all we get is a voucher which must be used within a year. My advice is to be very careful when buying tickets through the Resch Center box office because even if your print at home tickets say TicketStar on them, they may be from a third party venue and then you will be screwed out of 1500.00 like we were. I don’t think I will be dealing with the Resch Center or Ticketstar anytime soon.

I couldn't see the venue layout or choose my seats. All I could do was put in the number of tickets and price level. I would have chosen seats further back if they were better placed for viewing. I was choosing a family of four so I would have done two together on one row and two together behind them if that was available. Only in the cart do I see the seat rows and numbers but no clue where we'll actually be sitting in relation to the aisle, stage, etc. Last year I was far more impressed with the functionality.

Can't select desired select seats online. Rather, the computer randomly assigns you seats, and sometimes the seats aren't by each other or even in the same section. Difficult time searching for event on website. Can't delete secondary or back-up addresses. Finally, difficulties with log in from smart phone which meets there listed criteria. They have a monopoly on the events, so I was forced to use this site.

Very polite worker at the window, got in and out quickly with the tickets for my show. Love going to events here

The seating selection preocess seems great at first, however the checkout process was very glitchy. I had to go through the entire process multiple times before i got all the way to the confirmation page without losing my seats and having to start all over. Happy with my tickets and the price, but the process was not painless.

At 10 am the tickets I wanted went on sale - I was able to pick the time and date we wanted, the tickets were in my cart and ready to check out. When I hit the checkout button I will put in a virtual waiting room for close to three minutes. After three minutes a notice said that the page cannot be found. I could not refresh or do anything. I had to go back and start all over again. By the time I was able to reach the tickets they were sold out for the time and date I had them in my cart for. I have been waiting for six months to purchase these tickets and then to have been kicked out...I am extremely disappointed. Fortunately we were able to purchase tickets to the event, but at a different date and time.
