If I were to give zero stars I would. Terrible customer service. DO NOT sign up for the monthly car wash. They will keep charging you even after you cancel and won't refund you.  Since I wasn't able to respond to the response from the owner. I have already contacted customer service and they basically told me tough we won't be refunding you. I am willing to take down the review if you void the charge.  The attendant at the front confirmed that my membership was canceled. We wash our car pretty regularly and you would easily get back the money you are trying to charge but I must say after this experience I will go out of my to avoid your wash in the future.

James....awesome customer care! Not service but CARE. He took it upon himself to clean the mess on my front bumper that the auto wash didn't get. I really appreciated his attention and thoroughness. Thanks, James. You are great!!

As a club member of TIDAL WAVE AUTO SPA, this was only my second time using this particular location.  It’s a Saturday, so of course it’s busy.  Understandably so. I patiently waited for my turn.  I went through the wash and unfortunately, it didn’t do a rinse cycle.  My car had visible soap all over it. I was in complete disbelief.  In my mind,  I thought I would have to actually pay to get the soap rinsed off to avoid any confrontation or conflict.  NOT THE CASE!  The attendant was extremely pleasant and helpful.  She asked me to just get back in line and they would take care of it. At this point, EVERYONE I came in contact with was sincerely apologetic.  I appreciate the kindness and service I received at this location. Thank you for doing the right thing quickly, taking ownership and resolving this issue.  Kudos to this team!

Had a very pleasurable experience at this particular car wash. Mr. James Griggs went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure everything was perfect. He was very open as far as his future goals and plans with tidal wave to give customers a cool family vibe. Felt like I was speaking to a friend from the past. Very personable dude. Promote him ASAP

I got my son a monthly subscription here as a gift. It comes in handy doing the pollen season. Good smelling soapy suds. His car is always clean. We love the tire shine too. The machine covers the whole side of the tires not just the bottom half.

Marcus at Tidal was amazing. He went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the service and my new membership.  Initially my tires were so dirty that after going through twice, I still was not satisfied. Marcus took over and personally performed the tire cleaning which made my car look amazing! 1185 Research Center Dr SW, Atlanta, GA 30331 Never going back if you went and you liked it that's cool but I paid $30 close $40 for the deluxe wash no one told me to keep my feet off the brake and put my car in neutral this my first time using an automatic car wash and the manager claimed that they told everyone that no one told me anything so when I'd pulled in at the entrance that's when they told me to pick my car in neutral so the machine pulled my car through put soap on my car brushes didn't even touch my car pull me all the way through with soap still on the car so I pulled back around and the manager told me I had to pay $30 again for a wash he didn't even offered to rinse the soap off my car so now im home with dried up soap on my car ‍

The manager came and wiped my rims out and applied tire shine for me and I thought that was great customer service and I really appreciate it. I have been to the car wash before and it has always been good customer service and now I see why because they have a great manager, thank you so much, greatly appreciated!!!Service:&nbsp;Auto detailing

WARNING!! DO NOT VISIT, GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!! Tried this place for the first time and left with DAMAGES TO MY VEHICLE. The car washing machines damaged my car. One of the scrubbers dented my door and caused the trim to hang, bend and break. An employee took pictures and filled out a form. The manager "was too busy to come outside and help unless I wanted to wait". This was a month ago and still, no one has reached out to me or helped me with the damages. I now have to handwash my car because of the damage. After the wash, my car was still dirty and is now broken. Before entering the car wash an employee walked around the car to pre-wipe/spray, my car was dirty but had no damage. I am extremely disappointed that no one has reached out to me, even after calling the corporate office. Sadly, I think I need a lawyer  now. Save yourself the hassle and go ANYWHERE but here.

Fantastic service from James and Richie. I came as they were about to close for the holiday and they treated me like a was the first customer of their day. With a great smile. I appreciate the little things like these. Good work!!
