I have been a subscription customer since the renovation. The cost for my monthly subscription is less than the rest of the car washes in the area. The car wash also keeps my car cleaner than the other ones in the area that I’ve gone to. The owner is wonderful and all of their staff are very helpful. The vacuums and ability to do the interior yourself is perfect.

I bought the most expensive wash and my car came out looking worse than it did when it went in with a new scratch, my windshield was barely clean, my side mirrors were not brushed at all, and spots. I work at a carwash in my college town and know this is just wrong with how they prepped my car to go in. The sent it thru without actually brushing my windshield. They just lightly wiped it with soap. Do not go here unless you want lazy employees to wash your car and rush thru when there’s no line

This was the worse experience at a car wash/ interior cleaning place I have ever been. I made an extra trip to said business to have my car interior quick cleaned . After waiting over 45 minutes after my car wash I found the manager, who was doing his best, and told him I was going to have to leave this was ridiculous- the wait. I demanded a refund which he understood. Tried to make it right by getting someone else on the car who moved  slower then. A turtle … leaving my floor mats with chemicals and sprayed the chemicals on my interior and carpet as well. It was a nightmare and I had to go to another car place to correct their problem. Such poor service and absolutely no attention to detail . I will never go back or recommend this to anyone else .Service:&nbsp;Auto interior vacuuming

They do a good job at prep and the washing/soap is fine - but they've turned down the amount of water on rising. As a result, every car coming out still has soap all over, which dries and leaves white spots and film on the car. Dryers also do a poor job on anything other than a small 4-door car - SUV, truck, etc. are all left with lots of sticky, hazy soap.Services:&nbsp;Car waxing

I got the best wash advertised and my car came out as dirty as it went in. The team member was nice enough to let me run the car through again but it didn't help. Use the service if you want to quickly maintain an already clean car otherwise you are better off going to a full-service / self wash

One of the slowest places in the area. I have a monthly membership canceling TODAY  for three of my vehicles and I have to wait every single time any where from 15-30 minutes for them to give me a mediocre for wipe down as they leave dirt spots everywhere. Car came out clean and tire shine upgrade was good. A little more expensive here than at nearby competitors. Free vacs and use of towels/window cleaner spray bottles.

Very disappointed in my service today. This used to be a great car wash but something has changed, the staff, the manager, something. Today I renewed my monthly membership and now I wish I hadn't. The wash was fine as usual, but after taking at least 40 minutes to clean the inside with about 6 different people starting and stopping to go to some else's car my car with very poorly cleaned. My wife and I grabbed some rags and worked on it for another 10 minutes to get the spots they missed or just didn't bother to worry about. If you're going to hire these lazy slow moving employees then you might as well close down before your name and image are destroyed. Hopefully you can get better employees and turn this location around. I'm rooting for you but I have my doubts.  UPDATE: Well I never heard back from anyone about the bad service. So I tried to cancel my membership but the link on the website does not work.

Came for my weekly wash  like I do every Friday or Saturday depending on the day I’m free and I waited 15 while two gentleman was working on two other cars and then a third guy came out but right before he walked out a truck had pulled out of the wash . I was already pulled behind a car waiting like I was told but when he pulled the truck around I let him know I had been waiting for 15 min already and he stated well it’s only 3 of us I’ll get to you when i get done with her! That’s kinda frustrating and upsetting yes I get the short staff but if I had already waited 15 min I was next no matter who came out the others guys was not near done so make  me wait longer because he said so that’s crazy  I pay 64 a month for the membership that I will be canceling because honestly I don’t wanna give my money to a place that is a first come first serve and it’s not really it’s take who they want and make who they want wait!! And he wasn’t even nice about the whole waiting and taking her just I’m gonna have to wait or not and I left like I should have and I’m sure the other customers that was outside watching it go down had something to say as well cause they all thought it was wrong!!!
