Passing through town. Stopped by for a quick wash.  Shop was clean and service was quick and efficient.  They offer complementary vacuum, which was greatly appreciated.

Very disappointed in my experience today. Since when is Mud considered "Biohazard" I had a very small amount of mud on my vehicle and was refused service due to that, was told I could "go down the road to a gas station and hose it off". This is a car WASH where people bring vehicle that need to be cleaned. There is no excuse for this. I could understand if my vehicle was covered but it was just splashed on my steps.

I'm old...they were busy today..its a Saturday I get that! However I'm so embarrassed  cause didn't tell me to put my car in neutral and almost hit another car and my car didn't get washed right

We allways have a wonderful experience here and Chris is so helpful and courteous also allways has a wonderful attitude also allways smiling. We dont use no other car wash. I went in earlier in the morning and the employee told me the manager didn’t allow mud in the car wash. I just think its kind of weird considering the car wash is located in a town full of dirt roads and almost half of the cars here are covered in it. My car wasn’t even that muddy compared to others. I came back a little later expecting to get a refund but ended up getting in no problem. I don’t know if it was a specific employee or supervisor, but that rubbed me the wrong way.

I always have a wonderful experience at Tidal Wave here in Moultrie. David is so nice and always greets me with a smile. He makes sure my car is sparkling when I leave and goes above and beyond to make sure every bug is off of my car. 10/10 for customer service.

Beware!!!!! I didn't want the unlimited wash. I just wanted one time car wash. Well...the employee must be allowed to do whatever and to steal from customers. He went around the corner to run my card for what I thought was 9.99 but charged me 19.99 and put me on the auto pay for unlimited car washes. I asked for my receipt and of course he doesn't have one. So I was being charged 19.99 each month. One carwash at tidal wave has cost me $72.00 and alot of hours one the phone. oh and you can try to fight it but don't expect tidal wave to give you any of the money back. Tidal wave tells me they can't help because I say I'll ask my lawyer friend if there is anything I can do to get my money back.. They allow employees to steal your credit cards with no consequences. Shame on you. I live check to check. For months they stole food out of my family's mouth. Almost got away with it. I didn't give up. Update: got all my money back.

Employees are friendly, but for $20. car wash, I expect better. Never again.

Doesn't clean your car well at all! But the employees are nice
