Really cool park! Just moved into the area from Los Angeles, and the difference is night and day. Parks here are clean, the apparatuses are interesting and well-maintained...and one of the coolest things I've ever seen in a park, a bike repair station! You can hang your bike up on the post, and there's a bunch of tools that you can use to fix your bike, including an air pump! So groovy!
Cool park... Basketball courts Tennis courts Pickleball courts Bacci ball courts Work out stations Track around park Swings/jungle gym/playground Bathrooms Bbqs/tables Bike repair station Big grassy area Dog friendly
Tierra Rejada, a great park! My friends and I went to several parks today and we found that Tierra Rejada is a delightful stop. It has fun playground equipment, it's pretty, and has a pickleball court as well! Check out their "rocketship" because it is a fun little setup. I would say that compared to the other parks we have it's not nearly as family friendly, or as dog friendly as the others because of the size. The foliage does not compare to some parks as well. Overall, not as aesthetic as some other parks. I love that Tierra Rejada has become a hub though for anyone who wants to go see the fireworks, great place to be! This place always has some family doing something here though, so it is a very lively park to choose. There are bathrooms as well, but we didn't check the state of them.
Beautiful, very well kept park. Lots of jungle gym equipment for kids, plenty of lush greenery, walking trails, plenty of sitting/resting areas, one of the areas includes a sandpit for kids. It's too bad we don't live closer to this park because we'd visit it more often if we did. Also, plenty of space to walk or run with your dog.
If you are a pickel ball enthusiest..... this is the park to go to. They have as many courts as your little heart could desire. Please take it from me, pickle ball if my life... I only go to tierra rejada park!!!!
Rocket park is fantastic. My son loves the kid friendly playground. The parents, grandparents and Nannies who visit the park are very friendly.
Nice and clean. Walking loop and sandbox. Some tables as well.
Updated playground, split between a toddler/ preschool area and a bigger kids one shaped like a rocket.Has a sand pit. Lots of grass and tables.
The place is great to walk with family and a dog. Rocket park has fun places to climb around. On the walking path, there is a pull up exercising equipment. Tennis and basketball is there too. Lots of grass area and a nice looking gazebo!
Great park for power walking at lunch time during my time off from MHS. Love the bird action and it's fun to watch the parents and children interaction on the playground equipment. There is also some exercise equipment dispersed along the walking path.
