July’23. I tried to buy $50 of diesel with a $100 bill. I was told that they couldn’t accept CASH for the fuel because the “computer” wasn’t working…. That I would have to pay with a credit card. I have never had this happen before. What manager/owner wouldn’t have fixed this immediately.
I went to this place because I was told that the food was good. I remember visiting this station years ago when Dairy Queen was housed there and the food good. All pre COVID-19, I went today and when I walked in I noticed customers waiting for their orders and all wearing mask. The people behind the counter serving an open buffet and some of them had on mask and some didn't. They were talking all over the food to the customers and one another. I asked if they could put on a mask and change their gloves. They lady told me because of a medical condition she could not wear one and the other lady got offended because I asked her to change gloves. She was touching various surfaces behind the counter and touching the food not with utensils, but her hands with those gloves on. I will never ever visit this place again, they are careless and very unsanitary. Why in the world would a business in this time wit's COVID-19 not take better care of their customers?
I've been getting food from here for a long time and I've never had a problem with it until last night. I ordered a cheeseburger and as I was eating the end of the burger, I realized I had a finger nail in my mouth. Whoever is forming their patties, needs to wear gloves. I won't be getting food from here anymore.
The food was delicious. I always get the chicken, but the ribs and brisket are great too. The interior looks fantastic since the remodel. Good job Tiger Express.
Great variety of home cooked food inside of a gas station. I have been eating their for over 15 years and have never had a bad meal. Some great people. Owned by local family.
I eat here several times a week..food is always good and fresh and the staff are really nice..also the food is fairly priced
I ordered catfish and crawfish etouffe and they gave me rice and gravy mac and cheese and green beans which is not what i ordered pay attention next time and i might give you 5 stars
Usually I like there stake dinners but they are using to much smoke wood now and I was not satisfied with my dinner this time I didn’t even finish the stake.
