My experience here was incredible. I stayed here for around 11 months, and learned A LOT. I can honestly say that my consistency increased, my joy for MMA also drastically increased. TSMMA of Garden City was one of the best investments I have ever done so far in my life because it helped mentally and most importantly with my physical health. There is still so much to learn and grow, and I hope that I am able to return one day. My reasoning for not going anymore was honestly the time commitment. It does start taking a lot of your time after you become better, and there is nothing wrong with that. But I had other aspirations that I wanted to pursue, and hopefully if my aspirations pay off, I can return to this exact place. The staff is truly sweet and admirable, they are incredible and will meet all your needs. They will guide you through the whole process. You have a question about a move, a question about a certain workout, etc. They will attend you. So, if you or anyone wants to attend and learn how to defend or just for fun, I think its well worth it. Thank you everyone at TSMMA Garden City for all your support and love.
This place is very welcoming and each student is treated with a sense of respect and made to feel at home. I am happy with the amount of instructors and high level students that teach and point out mistakes as well as pushing students to do their best through positive feedback. I am very happy with my choice of school.
If I could give this location 10 stars I would. The instructors Mr. Jonas, Joshu, and Sensai Domingo truly care about each students progress. They have an amazing way of encourging the students while being firm to teach them self defense, focus and discipline. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for an amazing experience.
This school is absolutely AMAZING!!!! From the Sensei to the instructors to the students. Everyone is in position to help you achieve whatever goal you set forth and that goal becomes their goal. So positive, so inspirational. It truly is an extended family atmosphere there.
My faith in humanity restored! Thanks to Mr. Dincent Domingo and Mr. Jonas Juarez we got back a 13k diamond necklace that was sent by mistake to their address UPS corrected the address without getting back to the sender. The guys are 1000% trustworthy and definitely recommend for whatever they do. God bless
