These kids act worse than middle schoolers. They were all literally standing in the back talking. Very loudly. I believe it was 4-6 associates. Not worth coming here of children are helping you. No maturity.
Jessica, the store manager, went above and beyond for me today! I had placed an online order for pick up for a Valentine’s Day gift and when I showed up it was not processed in their system yet so another store employee had cancelled the order so I could rebuy the shoes and not have to wait for the order to process. However, I initially paid with a gift card so when I went to go pay for the shoes it was saying $0 balance on my card. Jessica called customer service and was on the phone with them for about 30 mins so that I could get the gift card refunded and be able to buy my valentines gift for tonight. She handled the situation professionally and found a creative way to make it work. Thanks Jessica for all your help!
I went into this location today, and I had a very unpleasant experience. Employees were gossiping the entire time and I felt as if I was interrupting their lunch break instead of being a valued customer. When asking the manager on duty a question about pricing, she was extremely rude and condescending. I proceeded to the fitting room to try on my items and when exiting the fitting room I continued to be stared down by said manager. My friend shopping with me overheard them state “They have shopping bags with them, keep an eye out on them” and completely made us uncomfortable and unwelcomed like we were criminals. I usually shop at other Tillys locations and have never experienced this prejudice before. For the sake of the company’s image, I hope this negative behavior is addressed immediately.
I had such a bad expirience today at tillys! The employees who worked today were so rude! I soon as I got into the store i wanted to make an exchange and I stood there for over 5 minutes waiting in front of the cashier while she was having a conversation on the stores phone about a party and how mad she was at a girl!!! She didnt even bother to greed me when I got in there, so after she ignored me for her personal conversation she then called a white looking guy with redish hair and beard who procede to help me. As I told him about my exchange an how I had spoken to a representative the day before for my exchange and she had told me to go today he then started to be sooooo rude talking down to me and giving me dirtty looks! He was so disrespectful I was amazed! After I left the store mad he still had the ordacity to mad dog me trough the glass window while I passed by! I never got his name but he works thursday mornings and has a redish beard and hair!
Had a great shopping experience in here today, my husband just returned home from deployment last week and barely got to open up Christmas presents which we needed to exvhange some for smaller sizes and the young gentleman at the register was great help and very nice. We also got great help and kidness from a couple of the young ladies working the salesfloor, thank you for all your help today especially with my husband being in and out of the fitting room.
Bought some joggers online and wasn't the right size. Called this store and they told me they offered in-store exchange/returns and the lady even went to check if we have it in stock for me to come in and swap. Great customer service. Will be returning again
All the employees i encountered today while shopping were an absolute dream. They were so polite and helpful. Not to mention the sale they were having!
Went to this store and the store manager PATTY had a bad attitude . The girl that helped us was super nice we have never visited this store the store we mainly go to is at the tyler mall or the outlets at the morongo. This was our 1st time and our last i asked the girl is that the store manager she said yes and kept on apologizing for her managers attitude i told her hey its not your fault dont apologize for her she should khow better than that .
Female employee was very rude when I was shopping and waiting for my bf to try on clothes . Very uncomfortable, I didn’t even want to buy anything after that... another customer next to me even looked at her weird when she was being rude to me.
Only greet certain customers and just chit chat the entire time while doing the bare minimum to assist customers.
