We have been with Tim for 17+ years, and couldn't be happier!!  Dori is wonderful to work with - and fast!!!   She provided me with a terrific explanation of what to expect when our kids got their drivers licenses -  as well as helping out getting a claim paid when a deer "ran into" one of their cars LOL!!.  And we had some hail damage to our roof a few years back - easy peesy to get the roof taken care of under our homeowners policy!!!   Over 17 years, we have had plenty of changes in our vehicles driven, and it is always so fast and easy to get a quote on what a new vehicle will cost us, as well as getting policy changes done.  :

The service they offer is second to none. Tim went out of his way to ensure they received my home insurance premium on time making calls and emails on the weekend, as my new mortgage servicing company was lacking in communication. Have been with Tim for over a decade and have had a wonderful experience.  Tim is attentive, sharp, and always available to discuss any of my insurance needs. Tim sat down with each of my 3 children before they got their license and gave great advice on driving and staying safe.  He also helped them to understand the relationship of their driving to our rate - top notch customer service and a great service to our family.
