I got here at 9:05pm on the way home from cottage country. The shelves were completely empty. They don’t serve any kind of food after 9pm. No chicken to make any sandwiches or wraps. Can only get drinks that were made very messily. I had to wipe my ice cap down from all the milk spill before I could even pick it up. Don’t waste your time here. Go across to the McDonald’s across the street instead.
They are so busy and I understand that. They do need to make sure the cashiers know what they are doing. All I was asking for was a mocha iced cap and she had no idea what that was or where to find the buttons. If she was in training why did she not have a tag saying so. It was frustrating as I had to tell her to ask for help. Then she didn’t even know how to make it and I had to remind her that there is whip cream on top of it. I’ve been here before and this is the first time I’ve ever been frustrated with the service.
The line up inside is confusing for the elderly. So everyone was kind of standing around wondering which till was open. Maybe a light above which till was open would help mitigate the traffic jam at the door.
The drive through is timed so workers care about getting people through fast but if you go inside it’s not. Ordered a bagel and a tea and it took about 15 minutes. Multiple people had left who ordered food because it was taking so long so we ended up getting a second bagel that was made. Need to time the customers who go into the store as well
The owners of this franchise needs to hire more people as it's a busy location, especially on long weekends. The place was under staffed after 6pm on Sunday July 2, 2023 and the three boys who were the only folks were working hard to fulfill walk-in and drive thru orders all for minimum pay so they can keep up with the rising cost of living. They deserve better pay, working conditions and additional support and above all RESPECT AND APPRECIATION. What was the owner doing on a busy Canada Day long weekend leaving those young lads to fend themselves with the influx of customers walking in and waiting at least 20 mins before they could get their order. Shame on the owners for leaving the boys in pathetic/ despicable working conditions.
Literally the WORST Tim Hortons location. Service is incredibly SLOW, I have left various times without ordering because the wait was ridiculous. Stopped in today to grab a coffee on the way north and waited 10 mins in line, only one cashier was open and during this time only two people were served creating a huge back-up. Meanwhile, the drive-through seemed to keep moving. Don't bother ordering inside unless you are prepared to wait 30 mins. To top it off, the washrooms had no toilet paper at 8:30AM in the morning. This location needs to do better.
This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. I understand this is at a busy intersection in cottage country, but this is now beyond frustrating. We attempt to stop here on our way to and from the cottage and they are ALWAYS out of something. Today was lemonade so cannot make quenchers - but we have seen them be out of everything from lids, cups, doughnuts, cold brew, etc. every time without fail to the point where now it is a joke to us. We also were waiting at the drive through order speaker for almost 5 minutes today before being served. The service is also always slow. Please, please, change the way you are ordering product, especially for the summer months.
It's what you would expect from a Tims. Staff is pleasant and have never had an issue with a wrong order or missing items. Just be sure not to go through the drive thru on a busy cottage weekend as it is a popular spot and I have been stuck in the line for over 40 minutes. No fault of the staff, just the location!Food: 5/5
Two lines for service and go figure the place is jammed and I pick the slow one. I tried the Cravable roast beef...excellent sandwich worth more than the $4.99 they charge. I TRIED IT AND I LIKED IT.Food: 5/5
I ordered a black coffee it tasted super water down, no coffee flavour. I noticed they didn’t pour my coffee from the glass pots near the cash register in front of me but instead walk to back side to fill, maybe I thinking too much and the back side are regular coffee and the two front separate glass jugs are dark roasted. Either way mine tasted like hot water or the grinds was filtered twice or something odd.
