Decided to pop in for lunch with my family because we live close by. Food was really good and the service was even better. Our server went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of.Food: 5/5
This place typically delivers a great experience and this trip was no different. Actually, due to our waitress who’s name escapes me, it was better than most visits. She had an absolutely amazing personality and kept the drinks filled, the plates coming and going and was just so easy to interact with. Our meals were spot on and delicious with no negatives to report. Now the bee sting on the way in is a completely different story
My entrée was delicious. I ordered the Tuscan Ribeye topped with the spicy butter, garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed broccoli. The house salad with parmesan dressing. And received the perfect wine recommendation from the bar tender. The ribeye was juicy, tender and flavorful with just the right amount of fat. That spicy butter chef's kiss topped it off with the perfect kick. If I had more time they were closing soon and stomach space I would have gotten dessert which I've never had from here before. But this was the perfect meal to end a rough work week and start off the weekend. Oh! Love the take home an additional entrée option! Now I have lobster ravioli for tomorrow.
Absolutely the best small Italian food chain in Pennsylvania. We're so glad we stopped by for dinnerFood: 5/5
Sam is awesome! She will make sure you leave the place with a smile regardless of how bad your day was. And she even remembers my order when I come in. Ty for my cosmos Food: 4/5
Found a live cockroach in my salad. This is so beyond disgusting and unacceptable. Do not eat here. This place needs to be shut down. Originally posted 1/13/2023 ETA on 1/24/2023 I genuinely considered taking and adding pictures of my orange vomit filled trash bags after getting food poisoning later that night. I believe the mussels were on their way out and were overcooked on purpose. The shells literally broke all over when barely touched at all. Why did I eat it noticing this? Honestly I just assumed I was being picky and believed it only tasted a little off because it was cold. I also have personally never cooked shellfish and didn’t know what to look for. It was only after googling that I realized fragile shells were a serious problem. Unfortunately I ate backwards. I didn’t want to fill up on the bread and salad so I had my “entree” first. Had I eaten the salad beforehand I would have never touched any of the other food and could have saved myself from getting sick. I missed two days of work since I began vomiting at 4am until 7 am. That following day all I had was two 16 oz bottles of water. I was so filled with exhaustion I didn’t even have the energy to look at my phone. The next day I only managed to eat one bowl of soup. It took me about a week to begin eating normally again. This place is a disgrace and should not be allowed to feed people. I hope this review helps at least one person. I also hope and look forward to hearing about this place closing permanently. I took so long to edit this because I couldn’t handle seeing the pictures again. I was battling extreme nausea for over a week. I also have a severe phobia of bugs in general so seeing a roach in my food was severely mentally scarring for me.
My wife Maria and I traveled from Florida to the area for a family issue and after two days of hard work decided to have an early dinner at a casual sit down restaurant. Since Carrabbas was close to the hotel we were staying at, we figured it would be a good choice. I can tell you that we both were very pleased with our choice. I had the sirloin steak that was cooked to perfection and had great flavor as served. I had fried that were very good. Maria had the Mezzaluna which was also cooked perfectly and very tasty. We finished with the tiramisu which again was awesome. Compliments to the Chef and our server Dana L. I rarely write reviews usually leave them to Maria but felt that this was one of those times to write it as it was well deserved. I will definitely eat here again if/when we are back in this area. Two thumbs up.
This was our first time going to a Carrabba's. We went for lunch and the restaurant was very quiet with only a few diners. Our server Jacqueline was helpful with letting us know about the take home program. For each entree you order, you can order a 2nd entree of equal or lesser price to take home for $10. A very fair value. I ordered the trio with the 7 oz sirloin marsala medium rare, chicken Bryan and the mezzaluna pasta a grilled salmon entree to go.My dining companion ordered the rib eye - medium a fettuccine wessie to go.Both our steaks came uncooked. We normally don't send food back but his steak was more rare than medium. Jacqueline was happy to return it to get adjusted and it made a difference. My steak was very rare but because it had the marsala sauce over it, I figured I would just take it home and recook it myself. Besides, the chicken and pasta were plenty and very good. The next day, we enjoyed our to go entrees and we may go back again to just do pasta but we certainly wouldn't order steaks.
Never had a bed meal here. We love the bread and salad you get with your meal. The servers are always super nice.Food: 5/5
Our server was Karli she was absolutely A+!!! Friendly, knowledgeable and nice. We didn’t had to ask for any refills she was on top of every detail. We order Chicken trio didn’t really like it due to the fact that it was waaaaaayyy too peppered… :/ the Alfredo pasta was great though. I wish I could find more servers like Karli often at restaurants. Features: Servers were all with mask. Place wasn’t crowded.
