First time ordering from here. I live in another State and ordered get well flowers for a friend. I am extremely satisfied by the communication that it was being delivered and delivered along with the presentation. They were absolutely beautiful and put a smile on my friends face. Thank you Tim's!
I have to say they everyone at Tim’s Florist did the most amazing job on centerpieces for my granddaughters christening. Jimmy put together stunning arrangements. Along with Shane, Maddie, and Kayla. We merely told them the color scheme, and the design was above and beyond what we expected. Special “Thank You” to Mary and Rick for their incredible generosity. These new owners are blowing out of the park. Massapequa Park that is! If you have a chance, stop in and check them out. You will not be disappointed.
Two thumbs up. Kind and helpful staff. Great arrangements! These people know how to run a great business with outstanding customer care. Barbara helped me come up with the perfect arrangement and Kayla was really great with helping me change from pickup to delivery. Thank you.
I am so thankful that I chose Tim’s Florist to do my wedding Flowers! I cannot rave about them enough and would recommend them to any bride in a heart beat! Jimmy and team were so thoughtful and helpful throughout the entire planning process as I struggled with color selections and making decisions. From day 1, they understood the exact aesthetic I was going for and I had full confidence they would deliver and they absolutely did! The entire team is so kind and really went above and beyond to make my wedding day perfect! If you need a wedding florist, look no further!
My first experience with Tim’s Florist for my dad’s funeral last year was great, however, when I stopped in to order roses for my mother-in-law’s funeral mass, I was met with a a way different experience. The roses I was sold were “Valentine’s Day” leftovers — confirmed when I asked what the designer suggested for a funeral mass and she a woman in her late 50’s said with annoyance, “well, I’ll have to see what I have left from Valentine’s Day.” When I expressed concern over the roses not being fresh, she dismissed me and said that they would be fine. The roses were almost fully opened when I picked them up yesterday and here’s a picture of what they look like today. If I wanted leftover roses whose shelf life was mostly met, I would’ve paid a fraction of the cost at a supermarket. What’s more, the floral designer had a terrible attitude both the day I placed the order and then a defensive, even worse customer service attitude when I expressed dissatisfaction with the roses being almost fully opened. Her response was, “what’s the problem?; she was annoyed and defensive as if I were trying to swindle her out of flowers for the funeral mass of a loved one. Sorry, Tim’s Florist, your poor-attitude floral designer and attempt to sell my family leftovers from Valentine’s Day cost you my future business and anyone who ever asks for a recommendation from me. I manage people in customer service and know firsthand how customers should be treated — with honesty and respect. Better had I been given an honest answer and made a choice to go elsewhere than to deceive and be met with a rude and defensive response afterwards.
Tim’s Florist is awesome! The people are great to work with and so very helpful. They did a GREAT job for my daughter’s wedding. The flowers were so fresh and beautiful and they were spot on with her vision. We will definitely use them again for all our florist needs.
The BEST Florist I have ever had an experience with. Jimmy was an absolute pleasure to work with, he is so nice, so helpful and really knowledgeable. I recently had a rather large order for my father's funeral and the flowers were absolutely magnificent. I have also received flowers from them, for many occasions over the years, and can honestly say I have never ever been disappointed. The flowers have always lasted and stayed beautifully bloomed for way longer than I ever thought possible. I highly recommend Jimmy and Tim's florist.
The staff at Tim’s is incredibly talented. This is my go to florist for every occasion, most recently they made this incredible centerpiece for our thanksgiving! I can’t recommend them enough
If I was able to give more than 5 stars, I would. I can’t even begin to tell what an amazing and genuine experience I had at Tim’s Florist. I needed some simple roses for a cake that I was doing for a wedding, so I stopped in on my way home which is further from my house, but WORTH the extra 10 minutes and I had the pleasure of being helped by Jimmy and Kayla — I believe that was the young lady’s name in front. I’ll start with the young lady in the front: She greeted me with a GENUINE smile, was so professional and so pleasant to work with. Her and I chatted for a bit while I was waiting and you could tell that customer service just comes natural to her — it was just chit chat, but you could tell she wasn’t just trying to make small talk — she’s a genuine people person. Jimmy who is one of the florist there was just as equally pleasant to work with. Again, he wasn’t just trying to sell me flowers and get me out the door. He made sure he had what I needed and went over EVERYTHING I needed to know. He also went the extra mile to cut the roses short, so they were easier to work with AND gave me the greenery I needed — which he cut as well. There’s a quote that I strongly live by that goes “People don’t remember what you say, but they remember how you made them feel” and it was definitely proven today. Something as simple as going to the florist for roses made my stressful day just a little brighter. THANK YOU to Jimmy, Kayla and the entire staff at Tim’s Florist — you’ve gained a lifetime customer!
I highly recommend Tim’s for all occasions! The flowers are beautiful and the staff is super friendly. We love our new poinsettias!
