Bouquet was so small! They give you three options to the bouquet: good, better, best. There best is small and not worth the price they charge! Hardly any flowers. Terrible customer service. The bouquet was ordered online on Saturday morning, delivery wasn’t made until Tuesday afternoon. No response to order or email, couldn’t leave a voicemail as mailbox was full. If you’re not going to be open on the weekends, change the hours online. The only reason we choose this florist is because they listed they were open.This delivery was extremely important. You should at least refund the delivery fee since you drove less than 4 miles round trip. I’d give you zero stars if I could. Disappointed beyond belief! Paid $120 for this. Cute? Maybe. Not worth the money.

Bought a plant arrangement for a close friend whose husband had just passed away the day before. Spoke to her today and she said the delivery woman must be a heavy smoker because the $117.00 arrangement I sent her wreaked of cigarettes and she had to sit the entire thing outside to try and air it out! I've never heard of anything like this and am so disappointed. It was a decent arrangement but not being able to enjoy it the day it came is ridiculous and having it wreak like cigarettes is unacceptable. Will probably not use them again.

Gorgeous arrangement! My folks live in Sutherlin and wanted to send them a congrats arrangement. I called on Wednesday and spoke with Caroline, we talked budget and color, she was incredibly kind and wonderful to work with. On Thursday, this was delivered to their home. When I asked for bright and cheerful, I never imagined it would be this beautiful! Such a well put together assortment of colors and flowers. If I lived anywhere remotely close, I could see Tim's quickly becoming a favorite stop. Thank you again!!

I paid $95 to have the ugliest bouquet of flowers sent to my mother this past Mother's Day that I've ever seen anybody receive and I have ordered flowers from around America for 65 years in my life... Judge for yourself what I ordered 1st Picture is what my mother got for this past Mother's Day twenny 2020. It looks like I picked them out of a weed garden compared to what I ordered I was horrified when she sent me the picture.

I am beyond delighted with this gorgeous bouquet, which I got for my 91 year mother for thanksgiving, she saw me in the door way and asked “ARE THOSE FOR ME!” She was happy! It has a mix of opened and unopened flowers to ensure it lasts. I order a lot of flowers and I've never been so happy with the final product. The roses were very fresh and beautiful colors . Wow!!! Tim's was amazing. I called in and ordered flowers for my aunt in Oakland, OR. The bouquet was delivered very fast and was absolutely beautiful! I would highly recommend this place. Wonderful customer service and product.

This place is awesome! My entire house was robbed and some furniture items were sold to these folks under the guise of a moving sale. Once I explained the situation, they didn't even hesitate to offer to hold my things until I could secure a place to take them and a trick to do so. Everybody I meet there was so helpful even though I knew they had to take a loss in order to let me recover my belongings. I was truly humbled by their integrity. While there on there different occasions, I was pleasantly surprised to see the high quality and very fair prices on all their furniture. They were all eager to help load and were conscientious of protecting the furniture when doing so. I highly recommend them as a first step when buying antique, vintage or high quality resale furniture.
