What a gem in Thunder Bay! Great customer service, fantastic products and lovely staff! Received helpful advice regarding a health concern I was having and pleased with the product I was recommended. Furthermore, I frequently purchase their own brand protein powder and it is by far the best protein powder I’ve ever had and I’ve had them all. Great taste, great on your digestion and fantastically priced.
Excellent service and fabulous products. Friendly and professional and very knowledgeable. I would never hesitate to recommend this store. We are lucky to have this place in Thunder Bay.
I went to the walk-in clinic and the doctor recommended me to go there and I should say Tim is such a knowledgeable person and gave me some advice on how to select coQ10 based on my condition and told me what the difference between the types of them I will recommend you to visit the store and get some advice from Tim on these supplements.

Tim is the man! He is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to good health, and has a large selection of vitamin supplements. He also has his very own whey protein powder. It’s clean and gluten free. Comes in vanilla or chocolate. Great staff, great local business.
My shopping experience at this store was absolutely wonderful. It was my first time at Tim’s and the lady was very helpful and friendly. The product I was looking for was in stock and less costly than Amazon. This will be my go to store for Keto and intra/post workout products. Thank you for a great customer service experience
I walked in to Tim's and at first I thought I walked into an upscale salon or boutique, not a health food store. I was very impressed from the minute I went it. The store was clean, well laid out and had a huge selection. Multiple staff greeted me and we super helpful in getting me exactly what I needed. As a side note: I purchased one of Tim's own brand of product and all four of my staff including myself agreed it could be used as a milkshake it was so tasty. I didn't think a powdered supplement could actually taste GOOD.
I bought a Tim's TWH-I protein powder for a couple of months and got really sick from it and the doctor's order not to take it. If I could give them a zero I would. My husband return it with the container unopened within 7 days and they said to him they won't refund it only store credit. I cannot buy anything in that store because of allergies. I called the manager and he said he didn't know how to reissue a gift card and that he would call me back, he never called me back, then I had a female manger from the store call me and left a message. I called the store and asked the girl that I will buy the product from the gift card and then they can return it back on my debt card. She said yes. I went their and then they said no. On their website they have "CUSTOMER CARE MAKES THE DIFFERENCE We also focus on exceptional customer service because we know that every consumer is unique and has unique needs. Our staff are compassionate, knowledgeable and sincere and do not emphasize selling…we want you to leave informed and satisfied…every time!". My dog store I buy my dog food from, Pet Value has if your dog has an allergy towards the dog food they will give back your money even if the product is open and half the food is gone. Now that's good customer service. I just wasted $90.00 for a stupid gift card I cannot use and they lied on their website stating it is not about money but satisfying the customer and them being unique. Their not losing a dime and they are reselling the product, not going to hurt to give back my money, pretty much lies, not a happy customer. November12/18 - Response to the owner who reply to my review. For 12 months I been really sick. I was trying your product because I heard at work how wonderful you are the owner and how you give the best tips. I told you in the beginning I have sensitivity, you said I can return wouldn't be an issue. I didn't think it was the protein powder until I had to stop taking it for blood test, because it has vanilla in it. I realized after couple days I felt better and my intestines wasn't hurting anymore and having regular BM again. My doctor told me stop taking it. I was trying to support local. My husband did tell your associate he didn't want the gift card and she told him to go sell it after. I already email and ask if I can go and buy the same product with gift card and you guys can return it back on my debit card. You never reply to it. I already told you I cannot buy any products from your store due to sensitivity. So you are not returning my money is because you are being a cheap and poor business man. At the end I guess you are not that wonderful person everybody is raving about. Your refusing to return my money and knowing I cannot use my store credit at your store, plus you are the owner, you can fix this but refusing and hiding behind your associates.
Went to return a brand new, unopened product within 6 days of purchase with a reciept, and they would only give a gift card and not refund the purchase price. They will of course resell the product and make their money back. This was because the specialist said it was inflaming my wife's condition, and to immediately stop taking it. When she originally started purchasing the product from Tim's Whole Health, she talked to a extremely nice gentleman who talked about formulating the product and that it should be OK. Even with her having severe allergies and he said it was no problem if it she couldn't have it to return the product. When the female worker there tells my wife to sell the gift card online or to someone else to get her money back since she cannot purchase anything from the store due to severe allergies is absolutely atrocious. When she told my wife that she just wasted $90.00 then, for a store credit that cannot be used is absolutely insulting. I will be contacting the better business bureau about this for sure! This is exactly why I stopped supporting local businesses and shop at big box stores, due to poor customer service! For a company that says it prides itself on being part of the community and providing excellent customer service, this is absolutely dismal and I will from now on personally try to dissuade anyone from supporting a company who makes false claims about the 'excellence of their customer service and understanding everyone is unique.' Yet not doing what is morally right, when it will not effect them in the slightest of ways is just ridiculous. Shame on you!
Tim's staff is always very knowledgeable and helpful! Everytime I visit I can count on someone to greet me, show me exactly what I'm looking for and add other information and tips from their experience using the products. Quick and easy!
