We went here in the evening, shortly before closing. We were not sure what to expect when we got our clubs and balls, but we were blown away by what we saw. There are 3 courses: easy, medium, and difficult. The medium difficulty one has the description of being scenic - and it was! There are holes overlooking the lake and various other spectacular views! Each course is laid out well: at moments, there are arrows to indicate which direction to go. There are also color-coded bricks, according to your course. So, the medium difficulty course had a red sign. Each hole was lined with red bricks. The easy had yellow and the difficult had black. The arrows corresponded accordingly. There are a few holes that are Par 4's. Overall, this mini-golf has some great features and is a lot of fun with plenty of challenging holes.

We did the easy corse with one adult a three year old and a seven year old and we all had fun! I loved that this corse was so shaded, even on a hot day it was nice and cool. Loads of fun for the whole family! It had 3 different difficulty leveled 18 hole mini golf courses and a petting zoo. The kids loved to feed the goats and donkey. I only did one course so it's possible we just picked the wrong course but this place looked very old and run down. They had a Goat pen at the very front and I think 4 courses to choose from? We did the black course and the holes were pretty basic, the scenery was nice as you could see the river and they had a waterfall but the passage to the very last hole was closed off with caution tape and we had to climb over or under other fences or poles to get to the other side of the course for the last hole and we had no warning about it either. Overall I would say not really one I would do again but didn't break the bank of you want to try another course to see if you have a better experience.
Originally we were going to pirates cove adventure golf but it was 100 degrees so we went to timber falls and it is good mini golf. The pricing is a bit cheaper than pirates cove but not by much, once you get your clubs and golf balls you can choose between three eighteen hole course's the red, blue or black. We went down the blue and we had a fun time. one thing that makes it better than others is that there's a ton of shade so that when it is 100 degrees you aren't melting. The courses aren't anything to crazy but it is still fun to do. So if you want to do a fun group activity when it's hot out in the dells go to timber falls.

This place could be so much better. 20 years ago I bet it was amazing. It's the middle of June on a perfect day and the water is not running. Lots of stuff is in disrepair. BUT, even with all it's problems it's still an incredible location. If it were fixed up a bit and the water were running it would be great. It has lots of trees so the shade makes it nice and cool on a hot day. It has 3 different 18 hole courses I really hope this place gets fixed up and keeps it's charm.
