imberlake-Anna and Customer Service, I had ran out of a specific custom care kit, and Anna and company made sure that I received a new kit. I gave them the exact color combination for the Cabinets Cherry Spice/Maple Nutmeg and within two weeks the new kits arrived. I really appreciate the customer service I received from Timberlake Cabinet Company. I was beginning to get frustrated. If this company continues to back up their products and provide the customer with great service, all will be happy. A company relies on its people and product service to survive. Bought new house through Lennar. Cabinets and hardware are great except they all open too wide and bang into the back splash or other cabinets. Finally got a supervisor to come out and he told me everything was to spec and go buy $10 worth of cabinet inhibitors and get them installed myself. So after spending thousands of dollars on their product they won’t spend $10 and 30 minutes to satisfy the customer. These guys are cheap and have no customer service skills. Don’t use them.

Purchased my home one year ago through Lennar. Timberlake manufactured the cabinets. One of The kitchen cabinets is broken along the seams. Called Timberlake and the rep said they only have a one year warranty and then told me to replace it from Home Depot or Lowes. I dont know which is worse their craftsmanship or customer service
