We’ve lived here for over 2 years now and love it, just resigned for a 3rd year. We moved from a dated apartment building in Bellevue and appreciate the contemporary amenities of this building. We use the apartment gym and dog play area almost daily, both of which are maintained and kept clean. Despite other reviews of steap rent increases, that’s simply not the case, we’ve had very minimal if any rent increases during our time here. We also have covered parking and storage on our floor which is nice! Drew, the apartment manager is a super friendly guy as well! We Timberlake!
There are a lot of reasons why we moved away from Timberlake after 1 year. Rent increase being one of them...which we found disappointing and unwarranted given how poorly the property has been managed and maintained over the past year. Also, security became an issue and unfortunately it took a massive break in and theft for management to employ the proper amount of security. The previous "property manager" was very unprofessional, never around, and a poor communicator. About 3 months into our lease she started and promptly told us we owed ~$300 in delinquent payments; after further review we found that to be incorrect and our account was fully paid to date. The trash and recycling receptacles are not big enough for the property, so they are constantly overflowing as soon as 2 days after they were emptied. There is no area for children to play so they run up and down the hallways every night. Been apartment living for 10 years and this is by far the worst place I've been. Noisy, dirty, unprofessional. No amenities and expensive. Take it as a sign that approx. 1 year after opening the place is back to being ~50% full - i.e. everyone is moving out!
Julia is amazing! I work in property management as well and I can say this place is a 10/10. Julia is always happy and greets you with a smile. The property is beautiful and it's so close to the lake. We appreciate everything Julia does for not only is but for the community as well.
Beautiful, comfortable, and safe. Incredible leasing agent, friendly neighbors, and charming grounds. Live here.
