I recently had a knee injury from a fall and was unable to put weight on it. Adam was able to evaluate my knee and identify the injury quickly. The exercises he gave me were helpful and his timelines for regaining my strength and getting back on my feet were spot on. I appreciated how simple the exercises were to incorporate into my daily routine.
I am very impressed with the friendly environment at Timberlake Physical Therapy. Adam has helped me with multiple issues: pain in my thumb several years ago; and recently I began having unusual, intermittent pain in my left knee. He gave me exercises and advice for my knee that is not only correcting this problem but I believe will prevent more serious issues in the future. I’m thankful for his expert knowledge, and sincere desire to help people!
This is my second time coming to Timberlake physical therapy for two hip repair surgery. Adam has been awesome in helping me with the healing and strenghting process. Adam works hard on showing the correct way to do the exercises. The whole team in umber one in my book.
Went here after breaking my ankle. Adam kept telling me my pain was all in my head and tried to manipulate my ankle figuring it was also a stiff ankle. The pain he induced was horrible and I felt like a failure for not standing up to his expectations. He compared me to other people who had had a broken ankle. I had a trimalar fracture with a dislocation, one of the worst breaks in an ankle you can have. Everyone is different! I ended up going to another PT who did some tissue work to releave my pain. The PT said I needed to go back to the surgeon to talk about hardware removal as the pain I felt that Adam scolded me over was indeed my hardware. I had hardware removal done on the 8th of this month and already I can touch my ankles without pain like I had previously. I go back for some PT again but I will go back to the second PT.
This place does AWESOME work.
I had low back pain and went in for treatment afterwards I felt much better.
