Live here and during tornados you can’t get in the storm shelter because it so small. And the mangers change so much and the maintenance men are so rude you ask them to fix something and you haft to wait months everyone parks in the road and you can’t get past and the pools always breaking some how.
We recently moved into timberland and we've had nothing but positive things to say about it. We applied to lease on a Tuesday and had keys by Thursday, Macalah was amazing with helping us get into our place. Both Macalah and Angela in the office have been incredibly helpful and friendly. We had an issue with hot water when we moved in and they had it fixed quickly. We're so happy we found this place and love living here
Lived here as s child. Love the swimming pool and wondering if I can still use it? No one seems to use it much

It could be very pretty, but it is so crowded you can barely get through the place. I kept going. There would be absolutely no privacy to be had.
My air conditioner went out on Tuesday, I called Becky the manager and she jumped on it. They had me a window unit put in within an hour and had a new A/C installed on Friday. I'd like to thank the staff at Timberland mobile home park for their professionalism and fast response to have a new A/C installed. You guys are awesome I can't thank you enough.
Another update lot rent has increased to $466. Nothing has changed but yet another new manager. The mowing has gotten worse. Office is still unreachable. Update! Still a problem. We are on our 3rd summer here and almost 2 yrs of living here. Mowing continues to be a problem. The lot rent has increased several times with zero notice or explanation. Went from $385 to now $426. You can never reach the office. No one is ever in there. You can call several time and leave messages before someone answers. 3 different managers since we been here. Though one was a temporary she was the best. They need to bring her back. Corporate wasn’t much help. Seeing how the same problems are still present. There is a severe wild cat problem here also. Very few owners leash their dogs and pick up after them. Children are not attended to. At first we thought this was going to be a good choice. A month into it we realized we might regret this. It’s been nothing but problems. The fence was a problem. Adding charges to our statement was problem. Mowing is a problem. Everything keeps costing us more money and the more we pay the less service we get. We wish we would have spent more time looking. There is many more problems to this park.
Very big trailer park. Trailers are very close to each other.
They are so irritating to the working people...I work doing taxes and it's currently tax season...I work LONG HOURS like 14 hrs a day and cannot even get a response from either of the managers when I ask a question...I have been trying for a good 3 to 4 months to move into a bigger home and been asking for them to assist me yet they are no help...when I ask if I can go look at one on Sundays when I'm off I never get an answer.. yes I know they're off on Sundays but you would think they could accommodate me and set something up for me to look on my one day that I'm off a few hrs during the week...idk they're just not very helpful at all....
I thought they were very nice, but as we were trying to get out app approved after days of needing this and that every day, they go ahead and rent the house we are trying to get approved for. And didnt tell is till i asked. So be careful they steal your money and take days and rent it out from under you know you have less than a week or 2 to get out with a 2 year ild child!
