Sometimes I just make an excuse to go to the bank just so that I can go see Jamie!!!! She is such a delight and ALWAYS so upbeat and happy to see everyone who enters Timberline bank doors. But the best part is what comes next... "Would you like a coffee or tea?" Oh man would I!!!! She will make a person anything that they could imagine. No mater what you ask her to make you, it is always a little taste of heaven. Thanks Jamie for such a great start to every one of my banking visits!!!
Jamie Mallory is the first person that you see when you enter the bank; I consider her to be the face of the bank. She has a way about her that makes everyone feel like the most important Timberline customer. In an age where banking is mostly done on line, employees such as Jamie makes you want to walk in and handle your banking in person and develop relationships with Timberline employees….such a rare thing in today’s world!
What a great place to bank…where you are treated as family, neighbor with all the kindness and caring possible. When you walk through the doors you are greeted by two lovely ladies Jamie & Elsie, who are courteous and cheerful, eager to interest you in a beverage and immediately seeking your comfort or to assist in any manner possible. It just gets better, they seek to remember and get to know each and every one they can. Then the teller line Susan, Brianna, and all the others is equally generous and helpful, as well as, Kaitlyn and the customer service team. The list goes on: the loan dept takes a personal interest, all the way up the ladder to the top. You become familial, being catered to your every need, invited to special events, and each and every one who works at this bank takes a personal interest in a growing relationship creating a community in which one becomes a part of. There is a common goal between all parties, to be successful and collaborative as possible for success for all. We love the environment, not just the structure that houses this special team, but the environment they have created to support and build a family…a community. Many thanks to you all for all you do;

The location is located well within two bus stops next to grocery stores and 4 hotels less than half mile away. service the tellers are friendly and offer beverages for their customers just ask and they will try to help if they don’t have an answer they go and ask others if they know. I work at bookcliff gardens and do landscaping there. I went inside to use the bathroom and then I seen a coffee station. Jamie Mallory was so sweet. Make me feel amazing coffee. So I told the rest of the crew and Jake the boss make me feel stupid for getting a free coffee and after then no one went and got it free coffee and I think it's cause how Jake acts. He's rude and condescending. I'm pretty sure 2 other people wanted coffee but didn't get it cause how Jake acts. Thanks Jamie

Been with them awhile go on vacation call and tell them they still lock my account can't use my debit card. Tried doing a mobile deposit I call and ask why it's not in my account and they said they canceled it and I needed to go in and do it. When I'm half way across the country. Will be finding a new bank. If you plan on traveling I would not use this bank
