Went in to get my Movado Sapphire serviced with a battery replacement and water seal. Had to send it to Movado the last few times and it cost 80-130. The employees here did it for not even half that complete with water sealing! Couldn't be happier, excellent store with excellent employees!
I needed to order a new watchband for a fossil watch. We went to the store twice, same gentleman both times. He told us he was going to email Fossil and call us back in a couple days, when they replied. 2 weeks later, no call. I called to follow up. He wanted all the info again, I asked if he could hust resend his original email. He never sent it, never called - lost my information. The store was empty when he said he would email,should have been done right then and there. I cannot stand incompetence.
Skye was an absolute pleasure to work with! I walked in just to poke around a little and walked out with a new watch style that I’ve been dying to have for a while. Excellent salesmanship, knowledgeable, and he treated me like a friend that he was talking about watch with. Even recommended a lifetime battery replacement service that I didn’t know TaT offered. I highly recommend him and am very pleased with my experience and purchase.
Went to get my watch battery replaced - a watch I bought from them 2 years ago. They charge double is you want the waterproof seal which costs 2 pennies BUT I didn’t care and was willing to pay as much as they wanted to get it fixed. She tried as hard as she could and ended up scratching my watch and giving it back saying she’d have to send it out. I will not be returning here ever again. 2 years ago this was a booming place with amazing staff - I knew the manager Shannon and bought 5 watches in total. Now there’s only one person who works at a time because NO ONE comes here, and I won’t either. Although the employee was very respectful, she didn’t tell me she didn’t know how to open a watch.
Brought in 5 watches for service, 3 for new batteries including a new band for 1 of them, and 2 new ones to remove some links from the bands. Very friendly service, had me drop them off and go shop around the mall. They was finished in less than an hour. Highly recommend
Took my watch their to get repaired. The watch sat in their store for 2 months after being fixed, they said they called me one time to make me aware. You only call one time in a 2.5 month period, no other follow up? Will go elsewhere next time, not trustworthy.

Stopped by for a watch battery. Friendly staff. Standard assortment of watches. Wish they would stock some higher quality brands like Hamilton.
I needed my battery in my watch replaced, and this place was recommended. When I arrived, there was a little wait, but they were able to service me quickly. The staffing was friendly, courtesy and respectful. A week later, I took my mom so that she could have her watch battery replaced as well, and the service was great again. I would definitely recommend it.
As soon as I walked in I was greeted warmly by a woman named Angela and asked if I needed help. I went in looking for some specific watch batteries and when I showed her what I was looking for she knew right away what I needed and even got me a deal for buying a couple. Then I asked her what kind of watch she would recommend for working under and in cars and once again she knew what I needed right away. She recommended a G-Shock watch and even informed me they were on sale for 25% off. I walked out with 3 new batteries and a new watch and felt very satisfied with my purchase, the staff were well informed and very friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
