Horrible experience with this company, please do your research. Sent my declarations page insurance company and they keep charging me late fees and the $70 . I called and tried to work with them, and ask questions. But they kept blabbing but never answering what i was asking. The woman was EXTREMELY passive aggressive. Honestly, if she has problems at home she should leave em there. Theres no reason why anyone should be that aggressive over a question that a CUSTOMER has. I should know since i work in the healthcare industry. Anyways, i kept interrupting since they weren’t answering me, all they literally had to do was hear me out. And the woman couldn't even do that, please pay off your cars and leave this company as fast as possible. Also i Suggest you file a complaint at the BBB : hopefully enough complaints will get them shut down. I wish i wouldve read these reviews before hand. And the cherry on top was when she hung up on me . I’m a 25 year old writing a complaint i feel gross.
If I can give no stars I would! This place is made up of pathetic ignorant people. Instead of helping someone they screw you over. Darlene couldn't handle her account so she had someone call and threaten my wife about going to court. Calling her irresponsible. Uncalled for. If you have an account here please pay it off or try to get out of here ASAP.
The reviews are true . RUN from this finance company, horrible customer service. They will definitely find a way to screw you over . O stars to this place.
If the car dealership deals with time finance GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! They have horrible customer service. If your payment is late they complain about you not calling them but they never answer when you try to call or even work with you. I haven’t even had my car for a year and I’ve paid over 1200 dollars in fixing this piece of junk. Most recent I found out my transmission is going out so I paid two payments for my payment they called me upset because I can’t split the payment up! Really? At least I paid it when I should be saving to pay 3400 for new transmission!!
This is the worst finance company I have ever worked with. During these hard times they refuse to work with people and threaten by getting police involved to collect a vehicle for a missed payment. I would truly recommend you look for another company it's not worth the stress that this company puts on you somebody should report them to the better Business bureau
Don't know why such a low rating been with them for a year now with auto payments only time in the beginning is that my full coverage was low enough so changed it to what they said only cost me 8 dollars extra a month times I called they answered my question to the point they always said thank you I guess other people have problems either don't pay on time or don't like your requirements so my answer don't like it find someone else to give you a bad credit loan just like myself with fair credit
Man I wish I would’ve seen all these reviews before I financed a car with them. It has been literally the worst experience ever! People are very rude and have zero customer service skills, they over charge for the Insurance fees way too much. Through this whole pandemic we’ve been staying poor for paying for this piece of junk of a car which has been breaking down since we got it two years ago! People please don’t be fooled into this company, go elsewhere!!!
If i could give them ZERO stars I would! THIS FINANCE COMPANY IS THE WORSE, they will harass you for any reason. LETS NOT TALK ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. MY SALES REP IS LUPE AND SHE IS BY FAR ONE OF THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL PERSONS I’VE SPOKE WITH. SHE IS SUPER RUDE AND LIKES TO INSULT CUSTOMERS. I HAVE COMPLAINED ON HER A FEW TIMES WITH HER “BOSS” but nothing ever gets resolved. I am currently seeking legal advice because they have no right to speak to anyone the way they do. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A TRULY A NIGHTMARE.
Worse finance company I have ever worked with. They do not work with you at all and are incredible rude.
