I’ve gotten many facials from here with Vanessa. Our goal was to help my acne go away. I can honestly say I am so so so happy with how my face looks! She always does an amazing job! She explains everything in detail and sends me home with a skin care routine. I am always so happy with my outcome! I definitely recommend this spa!
Got the deluxe facial from a beautiful women, Vanessa I think. She was very careful with my sensitive skin. Professional and genuine. Vanessa is the best!
Staff does a great job, just the right amount of engagement from clinicians. It's just difficult to change date and time on appointments because staff doesn't seem to listen to voicemails nor do they return calls when vms are left
Today was my first time at Timeless and it was a great experience. The receptionist was friendly and the setting was very Relaxing, and I can’t say enough good things about Kristina. I’ve had several massages at many different places and by far Kristina’s was the best I’ve ever had! I highly recommended Timeless and especially Kristina!
Shauntae was the best esthetician and she left. Highly recommend her. She's at THE HEALING PLACE on 2123 S HWY 92 Sierra Vista, AZ. The best professional wax you'll ever get in Sierra Vista I can guarantee you that. I highly recommend all out of town visitors to book with her. UPDATE: Owner, thank you for finally replying to my review after a month of posting this and several months after trying to book with your spa. Your other estheticians have cancelled on me multiple mornings the day of my appointment - but it doesn't say that on your POS does it? On top of that, the final call was when I received a cancellation again because they quit. But to correct you, I have the right location - TIMELESS THERAPEUTIC DAY SPA. I don't base my reviews on others - I base my reviews on my SERVICE/EXPERIENCE and for you to accuse me to "make up things" is rude. What I reviewed is facts and my own personal experience. Clients weren't stolen from your business - I reached out repeatedly and sought out to acquire Shauntae's contact because your estheticians doesn't understand how business is conducted. Don't play victim. Your small business's work ethic isn't important to you. As an owner, you weren't around to handle your business's issues. How would I know? Because whenever I asked for you, the OWNER, the response was that you weren't around - EVERY.TIME. Take ownership and run your business instead of accusing reviewers of "making up" honest reviews. And for that - I lower my stars from 3.
Not the greatest experience overall. Not much pressure was used and the therapist never touched my hip area, despite my requests for both. I was left with oil all over my body and my full body massage somehow didn't include my feet. I get massages fairly regularly but I wouldn't return here.
When I walked in, I was greeted with beautiful, relaxing decor and a welcoming hello from the receptionist. I had a Microdermabrasion with Christine who was not only wonderful, she was very knowledgeable and professional. I felt and still do feel absolutely amazing since my treatment - my skin is bright and young looking I am 46 and for the first time in many years, I feel confident and happy when I look in the mirror. I highly recommend Timeless Therapeutic Day Spa and will visit anytime I am in the area.
My husband and I went there for the first time about a month ago. For myself it was my very first professional massage ever so it was the ultimate first timer's experience for me. My husband had booked us a couples massage for our anniversary and it was very relaxing and tranquil. The time flew by so fast! I hope to check out a few of their other services for the shorter durations. Overall an awesome experience and I've since then recommended this place to several friends and family!
