Terribly unprofessional service. Left my tab open over night and a bartender decided to “throw it away” after I called and told them I would come by to pick it up soon. Extremely poor communication between staff members lead to a heavy burden on me in the days following. I would advise you to avoid this location at all costs. Or, if you must go, be extra careful that you don’t leave your debit card in the hands of an irresponsible staffing team. Will not be returning.
Let me start by saying this. If you want to get your identity stolen and lose your debit card to a waitress who is in on the scam/con. Go ahead and get your kicks here. I went in about a month ago for 2 drinks....$6 each mind you. After the second one came I asked for the checks, 45 minutes later the waitress comes and sits in front of me and say to me "I'm so sorry, I've never done this before, but I accidently gave your DEBIT card to the drunk man we kicked out an hour ago." My reaction was to leave before I got much to upset. When I got home I realised they charged me $54!!!! We called to talk to a manager or the owner.....no one was available until the next morning. Fine. We called in the morning, the manager and owner were still not there...strange that no managers are there late or early. We finally get a hold of the owner after multiple calls and the only thing has to say was, "what would you like me to do?" Obviously I want you to do something about your con artist waitress, but no. Nothing. It's been over a month and my new debit card has yet to come and now I'm worried about if these 2 are working together to scam people or what. All in all do not go here unless you want your things given to other people on "accident"
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! If I could give it negative stars I would. I wish I could steal all the stars from all the other reviews and shove them up the bartender/managers butt. Why? My girlfriend left her tab open overnight. We live over an hour away. We called and asked if it was there, and told them we were coming to pick it up. So I drive there to pick it up, and the bartender tells me THEY JUST THREW ALL THE CARDS AWAY! He did not apologize once, he seemed to think the matter was humorous. I told him that was very unprofessional, he said “have you been in here? This place isn’t very proffesional”! I couldn’t speak to a manager or literally anyone else because “he was the only one there and the manager doesn’t ever come in”. I asked what he could do to make this right, and he said “nothin, the card is in the trash”. Unbelievably poor service. Please do not support this business.
If you like the mid-western trashy bar scene this is the place for you. I've never had a bad time here, but I'm usually cross-faded. Smaller bar, patrons and servers are very nice and respectful.
Tried this location because I had been to Time Out in Snohomish and had a lot of fun with my girl friends. However, me and my girls will never go to the Kirkland, Time Out, again. I will also let all my other girls know not to go here. The bartender was hitting on us the entire time and when we did not allow his advances the bartender cut us off and would not allow us to order drinks. An hour later he had his bouncer tell us to leave when we asked for water. Also, the place was very dull and disappointing overall, considering that the Snohomish location was a blast. And no woman should have to flirt back with a jerk bartender just to be served a drink. Very inappropriate!
I like to go to the Time Out for Taco Tuesday. The Taco's are $0.50 so I generally get four Tacos and an IPA. During the week the Time Out is a relaxed enviorment with a couple of pool tables and a dance floor. Friday night's and weekends the place gets packed with a younger crowd, coming for the Kareoke, dancing, DJs and live bands.
Pretty ghetto, maybe good if you're just getting into the bar seen. Very young and immature crowd
Amazing tacos! Best kept Kirkland secret friendly cook & bar tenders!
Was surprised... we walked in we were the only ones. An hour later it was packed. Good place!
Young crowd, good DJ, stiff drinks. If you like that sort of thing...
