Dr. Hempton is an Adjunct Associate Clinical Professor at Tufts University and maintains a Private practice limited to Periodontics and Implant therapy.
Our private practice is located at 347 Washington Street in Dedham, Ma. The practice was established in 1995 and a specialty practice limited to Periodontics and Dental Implant Therapy. In addition, Dr Hempton has always been committed to dental education. He has provided Continuing Dental Education courses for the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) since 1991 and the American Dental Association, ADA since 2004. Lectures at State and regional meetings since 1992.Dr. Hempton currently holds as appointment at Tufts University as an Adjunct Associate Clinical Professor. Previously, Dr Hempton served as Assistant Director and subsequently as Interim Director of Postdoctoral Periodontology at Tufts University, 2000 to 2014. Dr Hempton is the recipient of the 2011 Clinician of the year award from the Yankee Dental Congress and the 2014 Dean's Excellance in Teaching Award from Tufts University School of dental medicine.
